A fabulous experience in the salon with Sara. Not only great cuts for myself and my sister but Sara is a very genuine, talented, lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. I've always gone to the best hairdresser I could afford, but this is the first salon I have used where my very ordinary hair looks and feels really good after a cut ! Customer service, comms etc really good too .

It is always a real pleasure to visit HAC - staff are lovely and the service offered is exceptional, we are very lucky to have such a fantastic salon in Kingsbridge!

Unexpected staff illness (not covid) meant that Sara not only reorganised staffing the salon, but also made herself available for my appointment. Sara (assisted by Abbi and another apprentice) coloured my hair beautifully. Thanks to all three.

THERE IS SO MUCH TO APPRECIATE HERE : ALL THE STAFF ARE TRAINED TO EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH STANDARDS, ALL ARE FRIENDLY AND GENUINELY SEEM TO LOVE THEIR JOBS . SARA EXUDES A SENSE OF FUN AS WELL AS OFFERING THE BEST ADVICE IN HAIR CARE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. After sitting for a good hour with a tint regrowth the innulox rebounder was put in my hair during taking the colour off, and removed quite quickly rather than being left in and a ‘rough’ dry was preety rough! The hairdryer was so near to my scalp it was burning and no care was taken in adding volumiser, drying or cutting my fringe. It was all very rushed and I left looking dreadful! I had to go home, wet my hair and ‘rough’ dry it nicely. Not the best experience!

It’s a real treat having my hair done at HAC. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming and I felt that Sara’s sole aim was to send me off looking and feeling great!
