I don't go often enough for a haircut and with quite wild curly hair usually dread it, but coming to HAC is a wonderfully different experience. Sara and her team are so friendly, seem upliftingly enthusiastic about their work, and have a fascinating wealth of experience. I live in London and just can't find a hairdressers there that makes me feel so happy, so I'll keep getting my hair cut on holiday and looking forward to it! Highly, highly recommended.

Emily cut me a full fringe which looks amazing! and gave me great tips on how to maintain it looking salon perfect, I will definitely be booing with Emily again in the near future :)

Hi- I am 100% happy with HAC service normally.
However, and as you ask for feedback, I was not 100% happy with yesterday. Coming is always a relaxing treat for me and had waited 8 weeks to get *****, but on this occasion 75% of my appointment was taken with me being the model for a demonstration for 3 students. I would never mind for a short while but being unaware this was to happen spoilt the experience for me. See you on 6/12/19 Love Penny

This was a re-visit as I needed to see how the original hair cut worked for me at home. I was booked in with Emily just to get a bit more chopped off and was expecting a dry cut however I was pleasantly surprised that Emily took plenty of time to talk me through the cut, washed my hair and dried it as well! Great service and very friendly experience.

Shannon (the drop down box didn’t work) changed me from an old woman with overlong white hair into what I actually have as a self image! I now have very short spiky hair and am delighted to go out into the world and take it by storm! Thank you.

I was needing a haircut as my hair was very long and fine and had become unmaneagable.I had the hair advice centre recommended by a person in Salcombe who had heard good feedback about it.I was on holiday so I read the reviews online too and was very impressed.
It was very busy and so I was unable to book a wash ,cut and blowdry but the lady on the telephone kindly fitted me in for a wet cut with Alex.
Alex was brilliant and made me feel at ease straight away.She discussed my hair with me and gave her opinion as to what she thought would be good for my hair and I was thrilled with the result.
The salon staff are all friendly and I had a lovely hair wash by Alex which included a really relaxing scalp massage.
Drinks and magazines were offered too.
I wish your salon was local to me.
I am planning on going back for highlights as soon as I'm in or near the area again.

A lovely treat that i look forward every couple of months

I love Shannon

I took my 8 year old daughter for a trim and Alex made her feel very special, along with a shampoo and cut Alex plaited Lola’s hair and she left saying she felt like a pampered princess! Shannon also did a wonderful job of colouring and cutting my hair on Saturday and I also left feeling like a pampered princess. Will definitely be returning.

the salon was a hive of life as i walked in and i was immediately shown to a comfy sofa and offered a drink and a magazine. the whole consultation and cut was brilliant - Shannon and i talked about what i wanted - she then gave me an amazing hair wash and head massage and then proceeded to cut my hair with ongoing discussion and consultation thru out. i loved the process and love the result. Shannon was brilliant. a lovely atmosphere and a great service. many thanks.
