I am always well looked after from the first welcome to the consultation, wash, optional massage chair and hair, cut and blow dry. The sun now catches my beautiful colour and the cut and new fringe are fun. Very professional hair stylists and colour technicians with support from juniors in a very creative atmosphere. Thank you for your feedback regarding the water temperature.
December can be very cold and the water pipes do freeze up, this can make the water run lukewarm first thing in the morning. When this happens we do run the water for 5 mins before to bring the water up to the correct temperature, I will look into the 30 minute running time though that had happened on this particular day.
Our taps are design to be Eco friendly as to not waste copious amounts of water but unfortunately the weather doesn't always allow us to be. Once again thank yo for your feedback.

What an absolute joy it was to catch up with my stylist Sakina again after having used a local, albeit cheaper, salon a few times at the end of last year. From the friendly greeting, which made me feel a valued customer, to the excellent shampoo and head massage from Tristan (he may be an apprentice but he’s already got the Toni and Guy customer service ethos off to a tee), to the wonderful cut given by Sakina the whole experience was absolutely excellent. Treasure these two employees; they are what gives Toni and Guy such a good name! Thank you all!

Value for money with service that makes you feel comfortable and listens. Highly reccomended for people who may feel nervous visiting a salon for the first time.
As always it’s always the staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble for them. The only thing I would like to comment on is I wish you could vary the music and have some 80s on as it’s usually chart music . Other than that it’s fine.
Simon is a top headresser!! I have been with him for a number of years & he is so patient with indecicefulness. I want to grow my hair, then I want it short. Mid parting, side parting, flick & so on. You are lucky to have such a talented hairdresser & a great ambassador for Toni & Guy!! x

Kelly gave me a haircut that beautifully transformed my curly hair which looked like a tree before to a Hollywood star kinda hairstyle. She showed me how to style my hair naturally and advised on what products to use. Very happy with my experience highly recommended
