It was my first visit back to the salon since lockdown and I was slightly apprehensive! But I had absolutely no need to be...... The hygiene standards were excellent and I was made to feel very at ease. Everyone was helpful and friendly and it goes without saying that my colour, cut and hair wash were superb, thank you to you all!!!!

I am absolutely delighted !! Thank you so much Courtney 1st time I've been to you and you got exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly!! I cannot tell you how pleased I am, getting my hair done has often been quite a stressful experience, but all was perfect in Toni and Guy with Courtney doing amazing natural looking balayage, and another lady giving my head a lovely massage whilst sitting in the massage chair! Definitely worth the wait and I will be back, Thankyou again xx

The total experience was lovely. Becca the colourist was lovely as was Kelly the stylist. The massage chair, the head massage, the colour, the cut which Kelly's understanding of what i wanted , just everything made me relaxed. Well done all of you.

My second haircut since hairdressers re-opened. Following all safety guidelines, but still efficient & friendly service. Courtney understands my hair and always cuts it superbly (& believe me, it’s not easy hair to deal with!!). It may not be the usual relaxing, enjoyable experience I had before lockdown but they do everything they can to make you feel at ease, but more importantly, keep you safe. Well done Toni & Guy and thank you Courtney - see you again in about 5 weeks ?

This is the second time I’ve attended TONI&GUY since lockdown was eased and again I felt completely reassured by their thorough anti COVID measures.

I have been back twice since lockdown not sure what happened to my previous reviews so doing this again to cover for them.
I have felt safe on both occasions, happy to accommodate the steps in place it’s little to do considering what’s happening to us all. They did a fantastic job in getting us all back in so well done Kelly and your team. As for my hair cuts Sakina you are a skilled master and soo lovely thank you.

My first time in the salon today and I was very impressed. My hair colour result was fantastic and my stylist was very friendly and welcoming not to mention all the rest of the staff who made me feel welcomed to :)

Simon's really sound not phony and is obviously very experienced as I have an excellent haircut my neighbor and sister in law were really impressed, it had been so long since I d had it cut it was a real treat and I felt very safe with regards to covid.

Always look forward to getting my hair done with Courtney, brilliant colourist always happy with the result.

I have thick wavy hair and have grown up finding expensive salon trips a big disappointment, but now sakina cuts my hair I actually look forward to it, she transforms my hair in a way that is easy to manage myself.
