As soon as I sat down relief poured from me. Tristan greeted me, Becca came and worked her magic with colour, Tristan washed my hair and finally the genius of Kelly brought it/me/my hair back to life.

As always a fantastic experience at the salon. Even in these unusual times I felt the quality of the experience was the same. This is the first time I've had Kelly cut my hair and was extremely happy with the service she provided and I got exactly what I wanted.

Sakina was amazing as usual. Been a client of hers for many years and wouldn’t change stylists. I get rather anxious visiting the salon but Sakina is the perfect person to put me at ease and make the appointment stress free. Highly recommend her.

Welcoming despite the COVID19 restrictions. The salon presented as very organised and clean. Simon was very proffesional & he listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease. This is my first hair cut since moving to the area and during the pandemic, so I was nervous. I am so happy with my cut and will be a returning customer.

When I moved to France, I thought surely I would easily find a stylist as good as Gina. I was wrong. Nor did I find the salons there as enjoyable as the Plymouth Toni & Guy. I was so glad to return to the UK 2.5 years ago, and to return to hair styling by Gina. I am going for my first cut since Covid struck next week, but I am sure the cleanliness, etc., will be as I will mark it below.

Excellent safety measures in place - still felt a nice experience. Fab haircut by Simon who always does a great job and always makes me feel at ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Today was the 1st time I have used this salon and I will be using them again. My stylist Simon made me feel very relaxed and calm from start to finish. I have had bad experiences from other salons in the past so I was very nervous about going in but after today experience I won't feel like that again because I will always be using this salon from now on.

I have been having my hair cut by Kelly for around eight years. She is the best hairdresser that has ever cut my hair and I travel from Torbay especially. I am always pleased with how she cuts it. She understands exactly what style you want. She consistently cuts my hair just how I like it styled. A++

I have missed Sakina during lockdown! She fixed my lockdown hair and made me feel very safe in the salon. The changes to normal procedures do make a difference to the salon experience, but I felt very relaxed and all the staff were great. Most importantly, I got a great haircut!

This has been my salon for 14 years and I have always left happy. In the current climate they have adapted to make you feel completely safe. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to Toni & Guy’s Plymouth. Without a doubt I’ll be going again. Covid mitigation measures were of a high standard. Simon cut my hair, he made it exactly how I wanted it, which I described by showing him a photograph. I learnt a great deal too! I now know how to style and manipulate my hair, which is great because now my hair doesn’t look like it belongs to a 12th century Christian Monk. I will rebook sometime later in the month.

Kelly and the team have gone above and beyond the recommended health and safety requirements, yet the salon still felt relaxed and welcoming. If you’re nervous about going, please don’t be, you’re in safe hands all round!
