Amy was absolutely amazing. She truly listened to what I wanted and even suggested a technique that made all the difference. She k owns what suits and takes such care. I’ve never been so relaxed or so happy in a salon. I’ve not been as happy with my hair for so long, it’s so shiny!! Wonderful people, lovely chilled salon and amazing stylist. Absolutely perfect. After the hot weather recently I decided to go with a bit of a shorter cut and thin out.

Having not been to see Sarah for several years - and actually not having my brows professionally shaped at all in that time - I was delighted that the whole experience was as relaxed as in her previous salon. A wholly pleasant experience.

Sarah was lovely, I booked to have my hair and make up for my son's wedding. She listened to what my likes and dislikes were, she did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup, I would recommend her for a special occasion. The staff in the hotel were also very welcoming and friendly. Thanks Sarah x

I am new to the area and read lots of reviews . The reviews were wonderful and this salon did not disappoint . I received a lovely warm welcome , including lots of information about the local area that has been invaluable . I had a cut the first time with Sarah who listened to me and looked at photographs that I had taken in . I was very pleased with the cut and returned today for a colour . Again a fantastic job by Sarah . I am super chuffed and already looking forward to my next visit . A lovely salon in a gorgeous little hotel and such friendly staff ( and other clients who were also welcoming and friendly ) I would recommend to anyone .

I have come home feeling like a new woman after my first ever brow tint and tidy and a much needed haircut! I am amazed at the difference the brows have made and will definitely be back again to keep them looking good. Sarah is professional and friendly too. Beautiful surroundings and a real treat.

Lovely colours used on my hair. Sarah recommended a great combination that I love and the cut is exactly what I asked for.

As Mother of the groom I just wanted a wash and blow dry and that was what I got with lovely chat from Amy who also curled my Niece's hair which was beautiful.
Sarah also did her makeup and washed and below dried my sister's hair.
Very comfortable couple of hours spent at the salon before my son's wedding.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sarah was a bit busy in the desk when I first arrived but she apologised for the wait many times even though I wasn’t waiting for that long! Sarah made me feel like a valued customer throughout the whole appointment and gave me some good advice on how to manage my curly/wavy/frizzy hair and even let me try some products! Would definitely come here again! Thanks Sarah!
