Just a quick thank you to Georgie for her helpful frank advice. There was no heavy sales patter just an honest opinion and a fairly inexpensive solution which I have been thinking about as it is a big step for me to actually go ahead with a hair piece as we discussed.

It was my first time at Simone Thomas, Westbourne and after a very friendly welcome as soon as I walked in I was put immediately at ease. Having explained about some of my hair woes, Sophie helped me to come up with a bit of a plan to transform my hair/image to help with my confidence. After an initial cut and blow dry today, I am now really looking forward to a second appointment for some colour and a chat about extensions to see if that can help me with my volume issues!

It’s always daunting going to a new hairdresser but I can’t recommend Simone Thomas in Westbourne highly enough. It’s one of the loveliest salons I’ve ever visited. Georgie is gorgeous and friendly and really knows her stuff. All the staff were happy and it was a lovely environment to be sat in for a few hours.

I have been struggling to find a good hairdresser, and am delighted to have found Sophie!- a fantastic hair cut and such a lovely girl, great experience all round- I will be back!

Quick toner and blow dry to sort out my balayage... it looked great! The balayage the first time round by Sophie was fab but this little toner treatment helped the colour pop even more! Really pleased and would recommend for all colour clients in between visits! Thank you very much! ????

Have been having my hair done at the salon for years but yesterday was the first time Vanessa coloured my roots . Very happy with the colour choice and results . Vanessa made me feel at ease and was lovely . The salon is has a great atmospher and not to mention the lovely nibbles they offer to you when handing out refreshments .

Everyone was very helpful. The stylist did a good job and let me rabbit on. I tend to put haircuts off but this one worked out fine and I am pleased with the result.

Hadley has managed my unruly curls for over a year now in preparation for my daughter’s wedding .. she is a very competent and creative stylist and the results are amazing I couldn’t feel in safer hands !

Great cut and colour !

As always lively welcome in the salon, Sharelle was finishing of a client offers coffee and a macaroon (delicious). Had a lovely shampoo and conditioner with a young lady very invigorating. Sharelle suggested a pin curl using GHD, well on taking out pins my gair was so bouncy and curly absolutely loved it. Sharelle is a wonderful confident trainee hairdresser, I would recommend her and the salon to everybody. Thank you Sharelle

Love this salon more and more each time. Coffee is amazing, macaroons are scrummy, the music and atmosphere I really enjoy and all the staff are so friendly and happy. Everyone has a great time from what I can see at this salon and everyone leaves the salon with a Instagram image makeover shot. Thank you Sophie for my amazing hair xx

This is my weekly escape from the outside world. Sophie and Annalise are amazing stylist and they do my hair to perfection every week for a blow dry and every few weeks I have a toner or conditioning treatment my appointments vary between them depending on who is free. Simone Thomas salon is a gorgeous comfortable salon you feel you are in a luxury hotel, a great team, most amazing macaroons and drinks. Always leave feeling a million dollars - thank you ladies x

I have been coming to see Georgie for some time now and she is brilliant! I first came for advice about what to do with my hair which was broken, not growing and thin. Georgie gave me great advice and over my appointments has helped to style and cut my hair which will keep it healthier and look good! She gave me options and advice on extensions which I now have and I’m so thrilled with how much better my hair looks and feels. Georgie is patient, kind and honest about what will work for me. The salon is full of professional and friendly people.

This salon truly gives me the most wonderful service and treatment - they are a clear cut above any other I have been too, and that includes front of house, Colouring, extensions and styling - Georgie and Kim have given me more than just my confidence back - they have shown genuine warmth, concern and talent - these girls are world class at what they do! I was pretty nervous when I first went in, but that didn't last long as Georgie made me feel very welcome. Good advice and really looking forward to going back to progress in getting my hair (confidence) sorted. Highly recommend for men in my situation with male pattern baldness, good honest advice.

I have always had amazing results at Simone Thomas and would normally always give 5 stars! Everyone is lovely and have always gone above and beyond always paying close attention to detail to give you the result you’re looking for.
Today I had a lovely full head of highlights done. But unfortunately when it came to the cut a bit of a chunk was cut off of one side which I’m super disappointed about as it really doesn’t look too great :(

As always an amazing experience, it’s been a while since my last visit so hair was in a bad way but Hadley loves the challenge of bringing life back to my hair- went from mid length to really short again and Hadley has styled it to perfection (even if a bit scary at first to go so short again!) love the head massage too ???? wouldn’t go anywhere else (unless Hadley left ????)

It was a wonderful experience, everyone was polite and helpful, I don’t think I have ever been treated so well in any other hair salon and i was very pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry.

From the moment I walked I felt welcomed. The salon is clean, tidy and has a modern-chilled atmosphere.
Sophie, my stylist, listened to my hair issues, what I wanted and then gave her suggestions on why she thought of them.

She was extremely professional and didn't just plough in and give me the cut I thought I wanted but gave me the cut which suited me better - which was exactly what I needed and I'm extremely pleased with the results.

Sophie was chatty and professional the whole time - couldn't recommend her highly enough.
My hair now is incredible, and I will be back to keep my new hair cut looking great.
