A very big thank you to Michelle for giving my daughter a beautiful hair cut yesterday to suit her curly hair. She was lovely with my daughter who was quite anxious and went above and beyond, giving us both some really helpful advice for curly hair. Also a thank you to the lovely lady that offered me a coffee while I waited, very much appreciated . Would recommend Michelle and this salon to all.

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in! I haven't been to the hairdressers for 10 years due to bad haircuts previously so I gave up and would do it myself! After a bleach fail at home, I was left with a mess on my head. The girls took a long time understanding what I want and how I want to grow it out and re colour it etc. The cut I got was beautiful and the treatment plan of olapex advice I was grateful for! I can't wait to go back and hopefully get the colour sorted.

Michelle was amazing with George who is almost 4. She made him feel really comfortable and was so gentle. His hair looks beautiful, all ready for our wedding. Thank you Michelle you were amazing!

My 2nd visit with Sophie who was really welcoming. Hair tones and trimmed and now feeling very glam.

My usual hairdressers don’t give me what I ask for so I decided to switch. I haven’t visited Simone Thomas salon before but I went in with the intention of taking off a lot of length, a new style for me. Michelle knew exactly the type of blunt lob look I wanted and the results were spot on. Expertly cut.

Had a great cut today. I've never had long hair before or visited a salon, so was a bit nerve wracking but Leanne was great and very friendly!

Another great haircut at Simone Thomas. Finding a salon that can style longer hair in Bournemouth is tricky as most go straight to clippers but here they know what to do.

I’ve been going to Simone Thomas for years as it’s the only wig cutting salon local to me, but my experience the last visit was a little disappointing. I turned up 5 minutes before my appointment and had to wait 25 before being seen as my hairdresser was with another client. This is fair enough, clashes happen. I was taken upstairs and not offered a drink like I usually am. I said I just wanted a trim for now as my wig had quite a few dead ends. The hairdresser cut the ends, which took all of 5 minutes and then took me back downstairs where I was charged £48. Now, I could understand if I had received excellence service, saw Simone herself or someone of her standard, but I was literally in the chair for 5 minutes. No styling. No washing. No colour, just a quick cut. I felt quite ripped off, as when I usually go I am charged around the £25 mark and my hair is styled as well.

I didn’t say anything at the time, as I wasn’t sure if there had been a significant increase in the pricing structure, but I don’t think I’ll be going back until there is fairer pricing.

I was determined to get bangs for the first time and was so scared of the outcome, Sharelle was amazing and advised me on which "version" of bangs would suit me better, showed me how to style it and was overall very nice and professional. I am so glad I chose this salon.
