I had my hair done for the first time at Simone Thomas with Sophie. She was incredible, making me feel very comfortable and well cared for (especially as it had been a while since I'd had my hair done, and it was a bit of a state!) . She consulted with me to make sure I could find a style thst suited me, and the end result was just what I'd hoped for. The salon itself is also clean, comfortable, with a relaxed vibe. All in all an excellent experience

I left the selection of the highlight colours to Michelle and she didn’t disappoint. I was delighted with the result. Will definitely be back.

The Salon seems to cater for ‘fun’ wigs as there were only long straight hairstyles or a couple of ‘bobs’ to try. Apparently I could order one more to my suitability but if it wasn’t right I would be required to pay £7 for it to be returned, could have been a costly process. A disappointing appointment as I had been on the website and had high expectations. Plus point there was no charge.

Michelle is the best hair colourist and stylist I have ever had and a lovely person. Everyone very friendly but the salon was freezing cold - not good with wet hair - this really needs improving for clients and stylists sake

Lovely atmosphere in this salon and all the staff were very friendly. It was my first time at this hairdresser as I am new to the area, my stylist was Sharelle and she was absolutely brilliant. Thankyou Sharelle !

Sophie (R or G I’m not sure which! Apologies) was very easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted my cut to look like and during the cut frequently checked to make sure I was happy.
All the staff were very friendly, the salon is comfortable and spacious and on the day I visited it was quiet and calm.
Really happy with the cut, best it’s looked for some time.

My experience here was amazing. My hair has never looked blonder and it looks so healthy. Michelle did an amazing job with my hair and was so lovely the whole time. The colour and tone of my hair is perfect. After not having my hair highlighted for over 7 months, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to go as blonde as I wanted to but Michelle got me the blondest I’ve ever been. My hair looks so blended and feels so healthy. I will definitely be coming back!

I walked into the salon with a train crash of a haircut on my head and, 45 minutes later, left with my wishes fulfilled.
Michelle quickly understood what I wanted, she very politely enhanced my ideas with her own recommendations and then explained how she would achieve the desired result.
An excellent, professional and friendly service.
This was my first visit to the salon and I’m looking forward to the next one.
I’ve already recommended Michelle to my wife!

Decided to ditch the cheap barber and try Simone Thomas to get a proper haircut for my wedding. So glad it did and I will never look back. Sophie listened to my vague ramblings and kept showing me progress and checking it was what I wanted. Exceptional service all round and seems an extremely well-run salon.
