I have been going to Toni & Guy for many years. Dan takes very good care of my colour and with a smile with Darcy drying and occasionally curling.

Always a delight, never disappointed. We drive an hour to use this salon because we know we will be happy with the result. Staff are welcoming, patient and friendly to all, including teenagers! Thank you for a great service!

Frankie is amazing at colouring and it’s a pleasure to have her doing my hair. She is really gentle and makes it a relaxing experience.

The hair dying looks amazing but there hair cut wasn't the best I've had and the skin fade wasn't done right plus it was uneven and I had to go see a mate do he could even it out and sort the skin fade out so it's level and even.

When I walked in I was a slightly overweight, slightly balding single man with crows feet.

After a latte, wash and some intensive scissoring, followed by a professional blow
dry I was rejuvenated.

I decided to walk home where several people asked me for an autograph and when DeadPool 3 was coming out.

This level of service, attention to detail and consistently good haircuts just cannot be bought. Oh hang on, no, yes it can! At T&G Bournemouth!

"A friend recommended this stylist, so I booked an appointment and asked him to trim just a little bit off the length and add some layers to help my hair grow. My hair was in need of a good trim, and I expressed my desire to let it grow. I have curly hair, which can be challenging to cut. However, I wasn't satisfied with the haircut I received. I asked him to adjust it by taking a bit off the bottom layers because I didn't like the significant difference between the top and bottom. Unfortunately, he couldn't do much at that point since he had already cut too much. I ended up with too many uneven layers, making it difficult to tie my hair up.

I washed my hair this morning and was completely shocked by the result. My hair was going in all different directions, and I didn't feel happy with the outcome. When he asked if I was satisfied with the haircut at the end of my appointment, I said yes, knowing that he wouldn't be able to fix it without giving me even more layers and making my hair shorter.

Overall, the stylist is a nice person, but he may not have the expertise in cutting curly and thick hair. I won't be returning to Tony and Guy. I'm very disappointed with my new look, and I don't feel like myself. This might be the worst haircut I've ever had."

I was passing through Bournemouth for a wedding and Thomas was very attentive to what I wanted and styled my hair to stay in place for the wedding- and it did!

The Toni & Guy experience was very very enjoyable as always. All of the staff are very friendly and kind, especially Mark who does my and my girlfriends hair…. Mark arranged a glass of Prosecco for me which was waiting for me after a lovely hair wash, he didn’t ask me he just did it which was so nice….. Have of course booked my next appointment. Great hair cut again thanks to Mark….

The service and the quality of the stylists are second to none, having been to other salons, Ali and his staff are at the top of the list, they listen and are attentive to my requirements and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them above any salon in the South.

Fraser was so lovely and kind and supportive. Having alopecia is a bit tricky at a hairdresser but not with Fraser. He is so positive and cuts the hair I have to make it the best it can be. He really is brilliant.
