This was a Birthday Pampering Gift from my Partner .
The wait was worth it and what a professional and fantastic job they did .
My hair is very thick and unruly and Josh did his Magic by transforming my hair in to a smooth sleek longish bob with very summery flattering Low lights.
I didn’t feel I was being rushed at all and certainly attention to detail .
Also Thank you Jake for taking on the task of blow drying my immense thick hair and then Straightening it .
Then Josh finished it off with just tidying up the ends with the Scissors .
A fantastic Experience and I will be back soon. ????????????

I had my highlights and cut and blow-dry done by josh. The outcome was amazing. I have very long hair, so when combing my hair can be difficult, but josh was amazing. Plus the younger guy (had a grey tint in hair, didnt catch his name, lovely welcoming smile)who helped josh to blow dry my hair straight was a natural when it comes to handling long hair. Very gentle and didn't pull my hair, which i have had to endure at other hair salons in the past. I love going to Twilo for a bit of hair pampering and the service i get is always 5 star.

I've had Josh as my hairsdresser for just under a year now and I wouldn't look back! He listens to my ideas and is very honest with what would work or wouldn't work. He's very patient considering my hair is hard work seeing as I have a lot! The salon is lovely and stylish and has a great choice of drinks, you even get a chocolate and biscuit with your drink. Amazing salon!

Four Hours in and I was Soo Excited to see the Transformation.
Thank you Josh for your Expertise in making me look 20 years younger .
Attention to detail and Patient and Recommending me with what he thought would suit me .
Otherwise I would have been there another 4 hours later .
Covering the Roots . Some Pretty and Flattering Low lights , An Amazing Treatment that put so much moisture back in to my unruly thick dry hair .
The Cut is Amazing too .
A longish Bob that I could still manage and if need be still tie it back .
There is soo much more Movement in my Hair now . I can’t thank you enough Josh for your time .
Also a big Thank you to Jake for pulling the Short Straw and having the Job of blow drying and Straightening my Very THICK Hair .

I have been Twilo client since I moved to Poole and am very very happy with the service. My lovely hairdresser Eva always give me a great cut and colour and I always leave a happy bunny. Tash did my mothers hair when she was visiting me and she still raves that Tash did the best colour on her. The salon is very welcoming and the team are great....I never ever bother to take the time to write a review, so for me to do this means a lot.

Had my hair done today at Twilo in Westbourne. I needed to change my hairdresser after 30 years !!!!!!!!!!!!! And I must say Di at Twilo was fantastic. My hair cut is fabulous. The Salon immaculate the service amazing. Anyone wanting any hair treatments must defiantly try Twilo. Thank you all so much. I love my hair. Xxxxx

Always a total treat to visit Di and the friendly, caring team at Twilo. I walk in feeling frumpy and past it and walk out feeling like a million dollars. The salon is beautifully styled, clean and suitable for male and female customers of any age. I would never dream of going anywhere else and love the 1st class service that’s guaranteed on any visit.
When I leave I really do swish by hair with that ‘just stepped out of the salon’ feeling

I was welcomed by a Smiley ???? helpful young lady offering me that much needed morning coffee ☕️ with a Complimentary Chocolate Mint . I was only having a Consultation with Josh to suggest what Hilights would compliment my hair, a clean fresh cut a hair treatment and Root Colour .
He was very Professional and talked me through the process . Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fit me in until a week after my birthday due to his popular experience in hair . But I’m happy ???? to wait because I know it will be worth it .

This creqtive display changes every time i visit and for me, is another example their care,. dedication and passion, as too is the sensory finish after your hair has been washed. Smiling faces, with the background noise of the sound of conversation, muffled by hairdryers in the hands of professionals, focusing on their creations.

The whole experience was amazing with comfortable neck support at wash basins, chair massage while hair was being washed with tv screens above. Lovely, clean and bright salon. Diane was brilliant and love the cut. Wonderful experience!

After many years off from visiting a hair salon after a bad experience, I am pleased to say my confidence has been renewed. I had trainee colourist Jake and I couldn’t be happier with the colour. He understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and that to me is so important. I could see Jake has a passion for hair colour and wanted everything to be just right. I would recommend Jake as a colourist and will definitely book with him again. Very talented and lovely with it. I’d had the same hairdresser for several years but recently moved in to the area, so I was pretty nervous about my trip to my new hairdresser! My nerves very soon disappeared in the relaxing ambience and the really lovely stylist was so friendly and chatty. Really put me at ease and comfort. The style was exactly what I wanted and I already booked in my next appointment! Can’t wait!
