Diane restyled my hair it now looks fabulous.lovely staff and beautifully trendy salon I would highly recommend it.

All the staff are friendly, attentive to what you want and really know their stuff. The little touches to make the experience a bit more pampering are also fab - massage chairs, nice drinks and warm scented towels - it's the nicest hairdressers I've been to in Westbourne and I always leave pleased with my hair :)

First appointment today. I'd been looking for a hair stylist that I could trust and I've definitely found her. Diane really understood what was needed. I came out of the salon feeling happy and relaxed. Both colour and cut are fantastic and flattering. Best hair experience ever! Diane you are a star! Josh is a fantastic hair dresser, he has been doing my hair since 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else. Every time I have a session here my blonde colour is vibrant, my cut is amazing and the condition of my hair is excellent. I would highly recommed TWILO, they are all brilliant, friendly and welcoming.

Another fantastic colour, cut and blow dry. So good in fact that when walking back to the car a woman stopped me and asked me where I got my hair done because she really loved it!

I always have a lovely experience at Twilo. Everyone is friendly and relaxed. I love my hair being washed and head massaged and the little touches of warm, scented towels especially lovely in the cooler months of the year. Diane does my roots and colour and will blow dry my hair. Always delighted with the colour and style. I especially like the warm tones today. I feel confident in Di's expert hands and she is always warm and friendly. Highly recommend

I was recently recommended Twilo by a family friend and I can safely say it was the best decision I made. From the minute I walked in, I was given the most impeccable service in what I can only describe as the cleanest and well presented salon I have ever been in. Following this, I was given a warm and friendly consultation by a senior stylist before receiving a relaxing hair wash - whilst even getting to watch my very own TV screen.

The service I received was a colour and cut. Being a new client, I was hesitant to try something totally different but I was reassured by the stylists confidence and allowed them to work their creative magic. I was incredibly happy with the results. Not only did it surpass my expectations in terms of the colour, but the cut was superb. I left the salon feeling more than happy with the finished result and even bought a few recommended products to help keep my hair in such great condition. Thank you to all the Twilo team for such a lovely first Twilo experience. First class!!!

Outstanding, creative colour by Josh. Only had my new colour for 24 hrs but I've been complimented so many times on the copperey tones added to my dark hair. Love it. Salon clean and modern. Josh and Diane lovely and easy to have a chat/giggle with. Service was not rushed which was nice and I left feeling pampered. Definitely going back and I highly recommend.

I am 68 years old and Josh has given me one of the best haircuts I have ever had in all those years.

Brilliant Salon all very friendly I and my son had an amazing cut with Josh. I have thick pretty difficult to manage hair, Josh knew exactly what to do with it and took time, no rush job here. My sons had the best haircut he's ever had. Was recommended by my eldest daughter who also had very tricky hair. Very honest will tell you what's best for your hair. Went back for my weekly wash and blow dry they fitted me in with no appointment back again Friday for colour. Best move I've made will keep going g back and recommend to anyone. Fantastic salon. Also good value they don't rip you off.

Really friendly atmosphere with expert stylists. Salon is ultra modern. Great styling products. Thoroughly recommend.

What can I say! TV's in the ceiling while getting your hair washed also reclining/massage chairs while getting your hair washed so it takes the pressure of your neck. And my stylist Eva was excellent! Did not disappoint. Very fancy salon and good value. Would recommend

I had a cut and colour with Josh this morning and couldn't be happier! I was looking for a bit of an unconventional style, but he really listened and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. Lovely salon, friendly staff and reasonably priced - I will definitely be booking my next apt with them!
