My hair appointment was with Hugo. He was friendly, professional and gave me lots of advice. My hair was quite dry after lockdown and now it is shiny and soft after my cut and colour. Best cut I have had for ages! Thank you Hugo.

The salon and staff are brilliant. Particularly Eva, who is the best hairdresser I have ever used. Listens to what you want and the result have always been excellent. I say this after 30 plus appointments with her. Great job!!

I had a great experience at the salon with Hugo. Loved the vibe and love my fresh new cut. It had been a long while due to covid and having my little one and my hair was looking a little unloved to say the least with a very outgrown keratin treatment from last year leaving me with curly roots and straight ends. It was a real treat for myself to go into the salon and take some me time and feel pampered. Hugo was brilliant,chatty, friendly and proffessional and I am super happy with how much healthier my hair looks now. He also gave me some good advice on haircare and future upkeep. I left feeling less overtired mummy and more like myself again ! Thank you.

Hugo did a fantastic job at giving us a straight cut above the shoulders. Very professional and kind, taking his time with the cut making sure it was perfect. A very nice experience and would love to come again.

To say I am disappointing would be putting it mildly. I had approached the salon several weeks before my appointment to inquire about perms as I am aware these days they are not commonly practiced, hence why I did not go to my normal salon. After booking a consultation and they did a strand test, I booked my perm.
I am most disappointed with the outcome, I have fish hook ends, I have straight sections and it's frizzy. And I left the salon with wet hair!
Whilst the hairdresser did a poor perm, the salon manager allowed this to happen and showed no interest in giving help or advice to the hairdresser who is still studying and who, it turned out, will have only ever have done 2 or 3 perms.
My hair cut is already quite challenging even for an experienced hairdresser, so to allow a newly qualified level 2 hairdresser to have free rein and give no support shows lack of care to your customers and to your staff in training. It was very clear the hairdresser was struggling how to approach putting in the curlers and the technique showed lack of practice, experience and knowledge, especially when they BRUSHED my hair before drying, causing them to panic when it was clearly drying frizzy, resulting in them deciding half way through drying to leave it wet as they didn't want it do look even worse than it was already.
I have now spent a further £45 on products to try and tame the frizz and will need to get my hair cut despite only having had it cut 10 days ago at a cost of £70 in my normal salon.

Whole experience fantastic. In current Covid circumstances I felt very safe with their system and practices. Super happy with my cut by Eva. Will be back soon!

I’ve recently got my hair done at Twilo and I have to say I have never been more satisfied with my hair. Eva had done an amazing job at transforming my post-lockdown hair into a lovely balayage. She and the whole team always made sure that I felt comfortable and safe from beginning till end. Twilo has a warm and welcoming feel. Staff are friendly and professional. Salon is beautiful and exceptionally clean with massage chairs at basins to give an added experience. Thank you Di for a VIP service, I always feel special and love the cut, colour and amazing styles you create for me.

As mentioned above this is my first time at Twilo after following their Instagram for a while and I’m so glad I chose them. Hugo was amazing from start to finish! Very knowledgeable through my consultation and adapted what I was looking for with my hair. Can’t thank him enough! The Salon It’s self is beautiful and I felt very safe with all the Covid-19 precautions in place. The massage chair was a lovely added touch! I will defiantly be back for my Balayage top up, if not sooner.

My hair was really over processed and coloured during lockdown so I saw Hugo on Saturday for a colour correction.
Hugo was so friendly and professional and really put me at ease. He lightened my colour and trimmed the ends and I now have the most amazing balayage/ ombré that I have ever had! I’ve tried a few places and have never been as happy with the end result as I am now. I will definitely be back to see Hugo again as I now feel I have found a hair stylist I feel completely happy and comfortable with. Thank you so much Hugo! Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience with Hugo today! He totally transformed my hair. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is beautiful and is the ultimate luxury with seats that provide a massage whilst you are getting your hair washed and has built in tvs in the walls !! Would highly recommend this wonderful salon if you want great service with luxury then this is the salon for you!

All safety measures have been taken since the salon reopened, so I could not have felt safer. Temperature checks, disposable towels, face masks and visors and extra screens all in use.

Hugo as usual did a great job colouring my .lovely salon and friendly staff .i would definitely recommend Twilo.
