It was great to be back at Twilo for a much needed cut and blow dry. The salon looked great as usual and all cleanliness and COVID restrictions were in place. Still a lovely atmosphere and a great haircut from Josh.

Always a nervous time to go to a new salon but this one is fab, friendly and attentive. Josh did brilliant haircut and colour interpreted the pic I showed to suit me perfectly

I had my first ever consultation at Twilo yesterday. From the moment I stepped into the salon I felt very welcomed. The atmosphere was very professional yet friendly, and the place was extremely clean. Hugo did a really good job explaining the whole process to me and even gave me advice on how to treat my hair at home. He was really nice and professional throughout the consultation. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Fantastic service. Colour correction of badly bleached hair. Came out beautiful. New blue added. Very happy daughter, who being on the autism spectrum, lived hugo and his patience and fun demeoner. All staff were very kind and professional. Store was immaculate and very inviting. Good job All round.

As always,great atmosphere despite Covid. Very organised and felt very safe. As for the haircut & blowdry as always absolutly perfect thank you Eva!

I got highlights and then my hair dyed purple, and although it took a really long time Eva was great. Great service as always and the end result is amazing, I love it so much. Thank you very much :)

Twilo is all about attention to detail, which ensures you get the results that you want. They took time to make sure that I got perfect colour match and highlights. My chosen haircut was done with careful precision, and the final result transformed my hair back to exactly how it was pre-lockdown - Just wonderful considering I was a first-time customer!

I cannot get over what a wonderful time I had yesterday. The salon is beautifully decorated, it’s peaceful, relaxing and carries a lovely vibe. All staff were very polite and complimentary. Eva was amazing and I couldn’t fault her. She spent a long time checking that I understood the upkeep of the colour. Full of conversation but not in your face. I will most definitely be returning, I blooming loved it!!!

Excellent, friendly service. I’m made to feel like a valued customer and already have my next appointment booked. Very clean, tidy salon, lovely owner and staff

As always a really fab haircut by Josh. What impressed me most on this visit was the way Twilo have adapted their salon and ways of working to protect their clients and staff against Covid. Amazing. Screens up, temperature check on arrival, masks and visors, limited staff and clients. I felt totally safe and the experience was great. Thank you Di at Twilo you & your lovely team have done a brilliant Job.

I think all the precautions that could have been taken were yesterday when I visited the Twilo Salon. This was my first visit since before lock down and I was so looking forward to having my hair cut. I wasn't disappointed. Felt safe in there all the time, cheerful banter with Di and hair looking great! Thank you, just what I needed!

After over 3 months my hair was really long for me and unmanageable. Di cut my hair into a lovely medium bob. I have had lots of compliments and hopefully the people complimenting me will pay Twilo a visit!

I went into the salon with a dry haystack on my head and thanks to Josh’s amazing skills I left with a lovely grey and blue, sleek layered cut. Thank you for “restoring me” Josh! You’re a true artist.

I haven't been to the hairdressers for a while as my last appointment should of been just as lockdown started. So it was long, my roots had grown out etc. Firstly Twilo had taken all the right precautions and offered chilled bottled water, single use robes and towels etc. It was great to see Hugo and have a catch up. He never balks at my new colour request... this time blue. He gave me exactly what I asked for, and I think this is my favourite colour yet! Thanks Hugo!

After 4 months in lockdown I ventured out to the Amazing lady that is Di. She coloured and cut my hair beautifully. In these uncertain times one thing is certain. TWILO are amazing.

My hair was a mess a night mare Hugo made things better again made my hair so much healthier and it felt and looked amazing and to be honest with you I thought it was the end for my hair and nothing could get better from that I’m so happy I feel more confident about my appearance and now I can go out without hiding my hair I’m so glad I went there for my hair it was worth it the friendly staff the lovely chat even the salon chairs where you get your hair washed was fantastic and the massage feature made it go that extra way I really enjoyed my time there and I can’t wait to see you all again soon ❤️❤️

After four long months finally restored my hair! Di did a great job as usual and I feel so much better for it. Salon looks great and all Covid- safe too. Such a relief that Twilo open again.

As expected Di and the team had the salon beautifully dressed in pink ?? and more importantly totally up to speed with all COVID requirements. Still the lovely calm friendly ambience albeit with the required changes. It was great catching up with Eva, and of course left the salon with a perfect colour and cut as always.

Really well organised after r opening following covid. Felt really safe and on top of all that had after 4mths us a great haircut and colour. Eva really is an amazing hairdresser so thank you. Staff all so friendly and love the pink flowers everywhere. You might at the moment have to wait for an appointment but oh so worth it!
