Well for starters my hair looks wondeful Josh has giving me the best haircut, so thank you so much.

I was anxious about a colour change, but Hugo understood exactly what I was after and delivered the most amazing results! Really pleased!

After lockdown I was so happy to see the amazing team I had missed for three months. I shed tears of sheer joy when I saw the super talented Josh. The salon is sparkling! They’ve taken so much care to prepare for post lockdown.

I Love this hairdressers everyone is kind and friendly nothing is too much trouble, light airy and very clean.I always get a good hair cut from Josh.

Twilo has a wonderful happy atmosphere and is a beautiful space to be in, guaranteed to make you feel good. Josh does my hair and performs magic every time. I always leave feeling that I have been pampered by everyone there, and looking gorgeous!

Best hairdressers I have ever been to, I have been going for several years now and they are great value, very good hairdressers and really friendly. So glad I found them!

Di always talks to me about my hair, before cutting my hair. She also tells me exactly what she intends to do which is always just what I want. I can’t see me ever going anywhere else for my hair cut.

This was my first visit to Twilo and I wasn’t disappointed. The ambience of the saloon was superb. My stylist name was Josh who made my time in the saloon very relaxing plus gave me a super haircut. I will certainly be returning.

Twilo ticks all the boxes. The cut and colour are always perfect - that’s a given. It’s all the added extras that make it such a good experience. Warm scented towels, massage chairs, tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, G&T’s, mince pies at Christmas. They think of everything to make it a fun, friendly experience. Diane and team - you’re superstars.

I go there every 2 months. Eva cuts my hair and does a great job every time. My hair is thick and lots of it but she gave great advice and I'm now learning to love my crazy hair! Thanks Eva!!!
I also love that you can watch the TV on the ceiling when getting hair washed! Plus massage chairs :)

Having relocated to Bournemouth finding a new hairdresser was very important to me. I chose Twilo based on the positive reviews I read. I was not disappointed. It is an excellent salon. My stylist Josh is outstanding. All of the team are very friendly and the salon itself is always immaculate. You will not be disappointed. First class service.

I have been coming to Eva for a while now and she is excellent at colour. Eva is very professional and takes pride in her work - worth every penny. Hugo also does an awesome head massage! Thank you Twilo!
