Jake is always amazing with my hair and offers the best service every time I go! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, because they know how to perfect your hair to your desired goal!

I came to Twilo last year for a balayage and came back again this year to do it all again! I asked for Jake as he did an amazing job last time and he definitely did not disappoint! Was lovely to catch up and he even helped a hungry girl out and popped to Tesco for me to get a meal deal! Thank you Jake - hopefully I’ll be back within a year this time!

I like very short hair as I’m going through the menopause and my hair is extremely thin and has no volume but saying that Josh has cut my hair so well. I have my hair cut by Josh and it was a great experience right from the off. Emily made me feel relaxed and pampered when washing my hair and Josh cut my hair perfectly.

I’ve been going to Twilo for over 7 years and after go to a few other places whilst living away, you can’t beat Wva for colour or cut!! Friendly, family feel but always very professional!

Emmily was very professional and explained what she was doing at each step.caring and the hot towel a good touch .soothing .and the end results were excellent good colour and cut was good .I woukd recommend the salon

Been going to twilo for years and I would never go anywhere else. Not once have I ever come out feeling less than 100% happy with my hair.

I’ve been going to Twilo since they opened ...however many years ago. Can honestly say I have never come out of the salon not pleased with Di’s cuts. Just been for a cut and blow dry ..happy happy ..happy.

I saw Eva this morning in regards to getting my balayage topped up and getting a cut at the same time. Very friendly and helpful, she showed me some previous clients hair styles so I have an idea of what would look best. Other members of staff were friendly when you walk in and greeted you promptly. First experience with Twilo and definitely a good one! Looking forward to coming in and getting it all done.

Best hair salon! Have been going nearly 15 years. The team are creative, interested and so very talented. And they’re all lovely. Decor is pretty, salon is impeccably sparkling.

Normally I would feel very nervous when it comes to hairdressers and talking to people but they were very welcoming and the environment felt warm.

Eva coloured and styled my hair - great consultation - showed me some examples. At the appointment, really friendly, explained what she was doing. Really pleased with my hair - thank you!

This was the first time Josh cut and coloured my hair and I am very happy with the result.

I had a lovely cut done by Josh, who has made my hair look and feel healthy again. Today I had my blonde highlights done, by Josh too, which look soft and natural. All the staff are friendly and will always take direction from ideas given to them, always coming up with solutions, if a particular style or colour is needed. I also enjoyed my head massage too. I extremely love the massage chairs too. Always feel pampered and glamorous when I leave the salon. Amazing
