It was nerve racking going to a hairdresser after not having stepped foot in one for over a decade, but felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jake did an amazing job on my hair to get the red out, very polite and attentive. Loved the results. Emily was also lovely and did a great job with the cut. Got compliments for my hair as soon as I left :) Will definitely be back!

Di and her team are the best around!! The quality of the hair cutting and colouring is second to none. The salon is always immaculate with the most beautiful seasonal displays! It’s a gem of a salon and I love it!

Josh was brilliant as usual and always does such a great job. I only have my hair cut every 6 months or so but he still knows who I am and what I aiming for with my hair.

This is the second time coming to Twilo and I’m always so happy when I leave. I’m explained each process so I know what is happening to my hair, I always get great honest advice. The salon is always so welcoming and the massaging chairs are a lovely touch. Can’t wait for my next appointment :)

I’m absolutely over the moon & I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with her advice, her care, her skills and not only that; but she took the time to talk through everything with me!! I thought the lady Elise was fantastic
She was confident, fast, she concentrated in what she was doing. Then when she wash my hair she did a great job. I felt really good with Elise. She will go far in her job...!!

I was recommended this salon by a trusted friend but unfortunately I had a very different experience. I wasn’t prepared to have been assigned a junior stylist, and although I wasn’t told this during my visit it was quite obvious. I was hoping to have a colour consultation but although I showed the stylist images she didn’t understand how to go about this. She then asked for a senior member of staff to help, who showed me a pink or strawberry blonde swatch, which wasn’t right at all. I had to correct the stylists cut a few times and then also ask her to style my hair with straighteners as the blow dry was terrible. The most shocking bit was that this cut and blow dry took 1 hour 45 minutes and cost £40 ! If I was told I would be seen by a junior then I would have been prepared and would have expected a cheaper rate, but in all honesty I had taken the day off and was hoping for a really high end service so probably would have chosen a different salon. I was very dissapointed.

Fabulous salon! Eva always gives and opinion on what you do with my hair and then listens to mine... lovely cut. Adore the massage chairs and hot towels when getting my hair washed. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic salon
