My 3 year old daughter had her 1st hair cut today, accompanied by myself. Sian has been amazing. She was brilliant with my daughter. I was more nervous than my daughter. She put me at ease. And kept asking if I was ok with the style and length.
And my self Sian also helped me to reassure the style wanted to go with would suit me. She was amazing. Can’t fault her. ? we will go back again to Sian.

Nina always knows exactly what’s right for my hair and it looks amazing every time. The team make me feel so welcome and there is such a lovely fun atmosphere whenever I go. I always leave with a big smile on my face

After I mistakenly arrive for an appointment four weeks early, everyone was very understanding and I was happily accommodated later the same day.
Beth always listens carefully and advises re: cut, based on hair type.
I’m really happy with my hair and have never felt like too much has been taken off.

I had another great haircut experience with Sian. I love that I can show Sian something I’ve seen on the internet that I’d like to try and she will advise honestly and professionally and do whatever she can to accommodate. I always get really positive comments after Sian has done my hair. I’ve recommended Sian to a friend who is now seeing Sian as well and who also rates her really highly. And we’ve been to many hairdressers (top) in the past!! Francesco is also a really great salon and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The Christchurch salon has such a lovely atmosphere….some salons (Ringwood) do not have such a nice vibe!

I have used this salon for a few years now, and have always had great service by all staff. It’s not often you find a business where all employees actually care. This stems from the management.

Everyone made me very welcome and I left the salon, after my appointment, feeling 100% better!

I received excellent service from Nina regarding my colour and style, also from Sarah who helped choose my new colour. I'm extremely happy with my new colour and cut & blo dry with Nina. I would definitely recommend the Salon.

Beth is my dream!! I am so not girly and only have my hair cut every 6 months but Beth knows that and I love that she will tell me if my idea is bad!! Love having a good catch up and she’s so good

Excellent and friendly

I've been coming to the salon for a while now, as I wanted to keep my hair a certain length, but keep it tidy. Sarah always does a great job in doing that, & always recommends products that really help. Very happy with the results.

Nina is so talented and makes sure both parties are clear as to what you want before she starts. Tbh, I just ask her to do her magic because I trust her so
much. I have had many hairdressers but can honestly say I trust Nina the most.

Sian always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is friendly, and professional . The cutting of my hair is not easy, however l leave the salon feeling wonderful .

I would recommend Molly to anyone for a colour, cut and blow dry. She was very friendly, but professional explained everything in detail. Her cutting skills, even though she is still training were good. Very pleased with the end result.

Molly coloured my hair exactly as I wanted, A very bright Red. She was friendly and able to tell me about the different products she used from start to finish. I loved the blow dry too. Time is taken to discuss your hair, you can explain what you want, or ask for advice. The condition of your hair is noted.. Products are explained to you, The Stylist is talented and cuts your hair expertly. The hair keeps its shape for the following weeks. Excellent.

I came to Francesco Group a few years ago hoping for a colour change and to find someone who would help me understand my hair and take me on a journey of nurturing it back to health so I could fall in love with it again!

Sarah did exactly this and has consistently done this within EVERY.SINGLE.APPOINTMENT whether that is a bouncy blow dry for a night out or I just can’t be bothered to wash my own hair, full colour and cut to ensure my silvers aren’t making too much of an appearance or just adding in a fabulous toner cos’ I love a cool blonde look!

Sarah’s attention to detail and care for me as her client is always 100% and I have never felt less than, when in her salon. The whole team are beautiful women who when I am in the salon all make me feel super welcome and go out go their way to ensure I feel part of the Francesco Group Client family.

We laugh, cry and talk all the things.
Oh and when it comes to the scalp massage each and every one of the team have magic hands and can make even the most stressful week float away after a fabulous massage at the basin.
