I came to Francesco Group a few years ago hoping for a colour change and to find someone who would help me understand my hair and take me on a journey of nurturing it back to health so I could fall in love with it again!
Sarah did exactly this and has consistently done this within EVERY.SINGLE.APPOINTMENT whether that is a bouncy blow dry for a night out or I just can’t be bothered to wash my own hair, full colour and cut to ensure my silvers aren’t making too much of an appearance or just adding in a fabulous toner cos’ I love a cool blonde look!
Sarah’s attention to detail and care for me as her client is always 100% and I have never felt less than, when in her salon. The whole team are beautiful women who when I am in the salon all make me feel super welcome and go out go their way to ensure I feel part of the Francesco Group Client family.
We laugh, cry and talk all the things.
Oh and when it comes to the scalp massage each and every one of the team have magic hands and can make even the most stressful week float away after a fabulous massage at the basin.
