I have never needed to leave a negative review, but my experience with LUIGI compels me to share this as a warning to others.

During my consultation with Gill, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Unfortunately, she couldn’t fit me in within the next 4 weeks, which I completely understood and empathised with.

However, my interaction with Luigi was entirely different. He rudely interrupted, falsely claimed I’d had a patch test with him before—something that was simply untrue as I had never visited this salon before. When Gill asked if he could accommodate me, Luigi rudely turned his back, waved dismissively, and said, “NO, I am not doing it!” His unprofessionalism and dismissive attitude left me shocked and deeply upset.

While Gill is outstanding and deserves praise, Luigi's behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and distressing. Proceed with caution if you consider visiting. I would not recommend LUIGI.

I have been using this salon for a few years and Luigi is the best stylist I've ever had anywhere. Today I had highlight, he took every opportunity to check things were OK, asking me my opinion on colour etc. Didn't have a cut today but again when I do it's perfect. Highly recommend him.

My first visit to Scissor crew. Luigi was amazing Knew just what I wanted. I had my I had my roots and low lights put in as suggested by Luigi. Also a trim. I love the colour and cut. Luigi a a brilliant blow dryer. I walked out with a bouncy Bob and very happy. I will be back 👍

Come to this salon every few months and always leave happy. Even when I‘m not sure exactly what I want Luigi always smashes it out the park.
