Great haircut under difficult circumstances.

moved down here 2 1/2 years ago and it has taken me this long to pluck up courage to change hair dressers from Stratford-Upon-Avon, so pleased I finally have, Matthew made me feel at ease and listened to me. very happy experience. I will be back for my next cut.

As usual I came away with a super cut and blowdry. Matt has been cutting my hair for a long time now and he never disappoints. I have already booked my next appointment. Let's hope we don't go into another lockdown after Christmas.

Always get a great cut from Aimee. Would highly recommend to anyone! Aimee knows exactly what I want and it’s just so easy. The whole Salon is just run to an absolute T! They have aced social distancing in making the salon safe. It feels so normal in there even with the restrictions. It is a testament to everyone who works there.

Emily is friendly, welcoming and very professional. Emily listened to what I wanted and I also asked her for advice. Her advice was great. I came in with long hair wishing to go shorter and left feeling so happy. I don't think I've ever been happier with my hair. Thank you Emily for everything. I will definitely be coming back.

Great cut and colour as always- it's a very good salon. However, I remain unhappy with your new central booking system. Calls not always answered promptly and too impersonal- I don't like speaking to someone I don't know who has no knowledge of me as an individual. Please return to the old local system.

Really tough times, 2days pre lockdown these guys and girls are working their socks off. . Ellie was very upbeat and I can’t thank her enough for being so cheerful. The lovely apprentice too, really worked hard on my long locks that desperately needed a colour. Can’t wait for the cut in December. A real team effort.

Matt is the consummate perfectionist always taking the greatest care to complete his cut and blow dry to the same exacting standard every time... Matt is an excellent cutter and always very professional. However I do not like your new trial booking and contact system , which is annoying and impersonal. Please stick with the local salon receptionist!
