I really like the opportunity to book online, being able to do it out of hours, knowing who with and how much and on that day.
I was comfortable with Aimee and she was thorough in understanding what I wanted, told me along the way what she was doing and checked with me too and I'm really pleased with the result and appreciate the John Lewis Partnership discount will be telling other partners at work.

It had been almost a year since I had my hair cut. Katie was so excited. She was coming up with different ideas and I just went with it. I’m so happy with the result. Won’t be leaving it this long next time and hope to get Katie again!

Great experience

Matt was fab as always but I’ve noticed a definite decline in the hair washing, limp hands and really don’t feel like I’ve had a hair wash. Only concentrate on front of head the back of my head doesn’t get a look in. That said I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Megan is a great colourist & I’d happily recommend her to anyone

I had my haircut by Emily on Saturday and I cannot begin to explain how great the whole experience was. Not only did I get a brilliant hair wash, but the cut is fantastic. I would recommend Emily to anyone as she is versatile and willing to do really amazing things with my hair every time!

I couldn’t fill in both names - Megan and Matt, but both always take the time to see what I would like and discuss any options. They not only do a great job on my hair (and I’m pretty fussy!) but we always have good and interesting chats also! All the staff welcome me and I feel very comfortable when I’m there.

Really loved my hair colour, Megan is a really great stylist, salon ambience is spot on as always.

Today we had Jake and my son Oscar was having a proper chop, getting rid of an overly long fringe he has had for ages! The cut was just fantastic and Oscar is so chuffed with it (can't stop looking at himself but that is a whole new conversation about vanity!). Tremendous job well done in getting a 10 year old to brave a new cut and love it, thank you!

I've always been very skeptical with hair dressers as my hair is very very thick. I really wanted to get a nice even colour however and just wasn't achieving it at home. I took the plunge and omg I can now see coming here will turn into an addiction! Tia was amazing, she took her time, explained everything to me. I literally could not be happier with my hair I can't stop looking in the mirror! Thank you so much!

Tia and Katie did my hair and they were both really nice, welcoming and professional. My hair looked healthy and glossy. I also loved the products used as they are not agressive at all. Will be back ????
