I described to Ellie the look I would like for my hair colour; highlights, interesting but subtle and am really delighted with the result and so glad I had my appointment with her at Toni&Guy Dorchester today.

Really pleased with my cut. Matt really listened to what I wanted and took time to check with me as he went along, that I was happy.

Lovely service- I felt welcome from the start.

Another perfect cut, of course. The salon was as immaculate as straight after lockdown - and a friendly, comfortable place to be despite all the masks, visors and screen. Thank you all.

I was super pleased with my haircut and style after all this time. Aimee did a fantastic job, and just what I wanted. The atmosphere was quiet and less bustle, chat and feet clients but it was perfect for me. I'm over the moon with the cut - I feel so much better!

Emily is a fantastic stylist, she is friendly and caring. She always listens to what I would like as a customer and is really thoughtful and knowledgeable about how she cuts your hair.

Everyone in the salon is very welcoming. The new measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19 were very well thought out and carefully explained when you arrive at the salon. I felt very safe.

I am not local and booked the appointment on the off chance. I was so pleased with my experience. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, taking into account my lifestyle and hair type. We had a lovely conversation (through our masks!) and it was a relaxing experience. I am thrilled with my cut. First time going short since I was a child!

It was such a relief to sit back and let Matt sort out my hair to the usual high standard. A recent cut in London had emphasised just how good Dorchester T&G are - listening, skilful and your hair just looks really well cut and suits you.

Brilliant lovely colour great experience

I arrived with hair that has been irritating me for a long time - uncontrollable etc. Matt listened to me, interpreted my wishes brilliantly and cut me a great new style. He gave me step by step advice on how to style it/care for it in future. I felt very safe and relaxed in the salon in this current climate. Great to see equipment being cleaned immediately after being used. Friendly atmosphere. Very easy to chat with - a totally pleasurable experience.

As Alway, Matt was wonderful. Everything was well organised and the reception staff were kind and helpful.

Aimee a very nice job of my hair. She was very thorough with the colour and I am pleased with it.
I would like to have had the option not to have a purple blender applied at the end as I prefer to see the actual colour while I’m still at the salon with the hairdresser, I had to go home and wash it off afterwards .

What a little star! I always go to Katie she knows my hair so well and always knows what suits me - they have got the covid precautions sorted and I was very impressed how well the salon was running and how clean and sanitised everything was - welldone Team Dorchester you are the best!!

Due to lockdown I had not had my thick mop of curly hair cut for 6 months. Emily was fantastic. The cut is brilliant and it looks great. The salon felt very safe too.
