Matt normally cuts my hair but he's had the audacity to take a holiday ( very well deserved) I was nervous about risking having anyone else but Emily ha done a brilliant job. Thank you!

The chap that cuts it always does a fab job but felt a little disappointed on my last visit. He was negative and constantly moaning about his new manager, which isn't like him. I always leave feeling happy and satsified, and always get a lovely greeting from the receptionist, but after this one I felt somewhat deflated. This isn't something I want to know about when I'm relaxing having my hair done. Elsewhere still amazing service and great cut as always.

My hair stylist has shown her flexibility and keen eye for detail, time and time again. Whatever I ask for is exactly what I get and it always looks amazing. Emily really cares about her clients and is always open and friendly. She has wicked style too and is such a wonderful person.

My stylist Emily was brilliant at Toni and Guy on Thursday! She took time to ask me about the style I was after, and advised me well about styles and options! She was warm, friendly and showed a genuine interest in creating the style I was after. I left the salon with a hairstyle I was really pleased with and I felt great! Thanks Emily and the team! My only negative comment would be that there seemed to be too many helpers, none of whom seemed to be very busy or approachable! This was a bit of a shame! A smile goes a long way!

Yet another excellent cut and colour by Matt and Tia. There is always a friendly welcome from Ross and the juniors are polite and courteous.
Very modern and clean surroundings to spend a pleasant couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this salon.

After a couple of disasters whilst trying to find a new hairdresser after moving, I decided to look a bit further afield, in Dorchester. Tanya now cuts my hair and Tia colours it, both doing an outstanding job!

As soon as i walk through the door I got a very friendly welcome from Ross on the reception and then a very stylish hair cut and blow dry from Tanya which will keeps it's style until my next appointment. I will recommend Toni and Guy to any of my friends who are looking to have their hair done.

Matt does a great haircut and I fully trust his judgement and advice which are the two important reasons why I chose my hairdresser. Having moved to the area and took a while to find a hairdresser to replace the one I had used for 35 years, choosing Matt was a big step.
He also is fascinating to talk to, always interesting and interested to listen.
The experience at the salon in Dorchester is always pleasant and staff are helpful and attentive.
I would also particularly mention Ross on reception who continually goes the extra mile to help make the experience enjoyable as well as making sure I get appointments I would like.

The salon has improved immeasurably since matt took over. Its well organised and Matt just knows how to cut hair! Even when I go in with a garbled description of what I want he invariably works his magic. The staff are always friendly and professional Ross on reception is a hoot cant recommend the salon highly enough.
