Such a lovely experience going to get my hair cut, Carolyn knows exactly what I want, you feel like your having a chat and a coffee with your friends when you go in., it’s a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with great advise

Everyone's so welcoming and friendly Carolyn is a magician, I always love what she does to my hair and she will always listen and advise if I want to try something new. The coffee is very good too!

It’s always a pleasure having my hair done at this salon. Zoe is an excellent stylist, very experienced, professional and friendly. Service is amazing and it feels a real treat to spend time there being offered Prosecco, Mince Pie and Coffee as well as a great hair colour and cut Thanks

As always, I had a fantastic hair appointment with Shannon! She is an excellent hairstylist and so very talented! I feel so very comfortable in her hands and she always makes my visit enjoyable and tends to my ‘disability’ needs with dignity and respect. Following a blissful shampoo, conditioner and head massage Louise did a lovely cut & blow dry all while enjoying a lovely cappuccino.

Although the process is lengthy Louise made it a pleasurable and enjoyable experience this is my 3rd treatment and I will be back in April. Thanks Louise 👍

After a great cut by Honey previously, Shannon transformed my dark brown hair with gorgeous pink highlights, Shannon's creativity and artistic ability, alongside technical expertise resulted in an amazing outcome.

Shannon created a beautiful colour that blended perfectly with greys. She always listens. The young lady who washed my hair gave me a fabulous head massage. Overall, very pleased. Francesco isn't the cheapest salon around but I always get what I ask for.

Zoe always totally nails what I am aiming for, I used to hate having my haircut but since I started going to Francescos with Zoe I look forward to it!
