We are very sorry that you feel this way, our clients are extremely important to us. But, as it had been 18 months since your last appointment and in that time we had changed from L'Oreal to Wella products, as skin test was essential. On the first appointment we advised that certain drugs can affect the efficacy of the skin test and at the time of your second appointment, our stylists felt concerned that your skin looked too sore. Our clients health and wellbeing is our top priority, if we had proceeded without these consultations we may have compromised your health and this is not something we are prepared to do.
An offer of a half head of highlights was made, but we appreciate this was not not what you wanted.
