This was a training appointment with Chloe and it was a fantastic experience..Chloe was confident but asked for advice if she needed to, Jemma talked her through each step and the result was great. Beth filled me with confidence as soon as I walked through the door. I had long virgin hair and was a little nervous. Beth listened to what I wanted and worked with the inspiration I provided whilst also setting realistic expectations. I am over the moon with my new hair. Thank you, Beth. The apprentice who assisted with Beth was also so sweet and makes an incredible hot choc- they both clearly love what they do and love where they work. The environment at the hair salon was friendly and warm. Admittedly I went on a quieter day but my overall experience couldn’t have been any better. ❤️

A last minute phone call resulted in a two hour total restyle and I am so pleased. Lilly listened carefully, talked through my options and took her time to give me the perfect cut. She re-cut the back of my hair twice until we were both completely satisfied. I love my new hair!

The salon was really welcoming and Michelle was very sensitive to my needs with thinning hair. She did a great job restyling my hair and I’ve already had lots of compliments. I look forward to coming back in March.

Today she re-coloured my hair after discussing with me the options now my hair is going greyer. Her advice was spot-on and I now have a lovely colour blend and trim. Thank you for taking such care, Lilly.
