I usually pop 8n on the off chance I will be able to get an appointment. They always manage to fit me in the same day. Very professional & a really good atmosphere. Oh and a very good hair cut!!

After winning a prize in my daughter’s school raffle for a free haircut, wash & blow dry, at Muir-Chapman hairdressing, did I expect to receive such a wonderful experience. Poppy cut my hair beautifully and was always checking with me at every point to see if I wanted anymore cut until we got the perfect length. She went above and beyond the prize even curling and styling at the end. Never would I have imagined to have such an amazing experience. Even at the end a lovely Christmas card with a sample shampoo was such a lovely touch. Thank you all for my amazing prize & will definitely be using this salon in the future to upkeep my new beautiful hairstyle 😊

I have Luke who helped get my hair back into the shape and style it should be after I had my hair chopped too short elsewhere and I had braids for a while!! He understood what I was asking for and now it’s in how I want it!! Luke is great listens if you have a problem with your hair and can offer good advise!! Also he does all the talking which I love!!! 😁

I am always happy with the service received here- you get what you pay for! I have tried most hairdressers in the Christchurch area since coming to live here 10 years ago, & found them mediocre or worse. I tried Muir Chapman a few years ago & now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always leave here cheered up by the service and the conversation, which today jumped from President Trump to Batman (& Captain America). Thanks!

I felt that I was in professional hands so felt very relaxed. Had highlights and lowlights to even out my growing grey hair. Colour is lovely! I felt like I was having a spa day. Very relaxed and very pleased with result.

Had a lovely appointment with Poppy. Last minute booking but they managed to fit me in and gave me a style I’m so happy with even though it was a big change. Amazing value and lovely atmosphere - back again next week for colouring!

The team are so friendly and welcoming - which cannot be said for a lot of salons! I am not the most easy of client but the team always go above and beyond to fit me in, and ALWAYS exceed expectations. I cannot recommend Luke & Terry enough! Muir-Chapman has a lifetime client out of me!
