I have Luke who helped get my hair back into the shape and style it should be after I had my hair chopped too short elsewhere and I had braids for a while!! He understood what I was asking for and now it’s in how I want it!! Luke is great listens if you have a problem with your hair and can offer good advise!! Also he does all the talking which I love!!! 😁

I have tried most hairdressers in the Christchurch area since coming to live here 10 years ago, & found them mediocre or worse. I tried Muir Chapman a few years ago & now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I felt that I was in professional hands so felt very relaxed. Had highlights and lowlights to even out my growing grey hair. Colour is lovely! I felt like I was having a spa day. Very relaxed and very pleased with result.

Had a lovely appointment with Poppy. Last minute booking but they managed to fit me in and gave me a style I’m so happy with even though it was a big change. Amazing value and lovely atmosphere - back again next week for colouring!

The team are so friendly and welcoming - which cannot be said for a lot of salons! I am not the most easy of client but the team always go above and beyond to fit me in, and ALWAYS exceed expectations. I cannot recommend Luke & Terry enough! Muir-Chapman has a lifetime client out of me!

After being recommended by my friend, I have been a couple of times. On entering the salon, I was greeted & offered a choice of drinks. Poppy did my hair again & the whole experience was nothing short of excellent all round

Poppy was great with my daughter! Asked what she was wanting and gave her good freedom to explain whilst also checking with me. Spent good time really checking everything over at the end and a really amazing finish that resulted in one very happy girl!

Really loved the end result but wasn't interested with the service.
Wasn't told of the extra costs and had a shock when got to till and was told the price.
I question it and was told there not a lot can be done.
Would of been nice to be informed of the extra costs before they were done.
Also was disappointed that they didn't do a head massage when washing the color out
