The place is spotless and as Covid safe as possible. staff here are all so friendly- there’s a great atmosphere. They are helpful & courteous to everyone. Terry has done my hair 4 times now, and I’ve been very pleased with the result each time. He listens to what you want, and gives good advice on how to care for your hair. I really like the cut he gives- never too short, and easy to manage. This time, I took his suggestion on colour for highlights & I really love the way it came out. Of course, this comes at a cost, but I think it’s good value- you’re paying for someone’s professional skill and experience, premises, equipment etc

My first time at this salon, was very pleasantly surprised. The team are warm and friendly and my style and colour suit me. Terry cut and coloured my hair, and talked me through each stage so there were no surprises. A really good experience.

Hair wash and shampoo from Rhia to start with. Such a friendly young lady and made me feel relaxed. Then hair cut with Luke who always does a great job and finally Terry who brushed off my hairy back! All so friendly. Highly recommended. ?

Great visit today where I had 2 stylists who worked together as I wanted a 2 step procedure & timing was a factor.

It's the first time I've been to this salon and I shall definitely be going back. The staff are so welcoming and lovely, they made us feel right at home. Prices are really reasonable compared to other local salons. Definitely recommend!!

Having just moved to Highcliffe, I asked for recommendations on Facebook for the best place to go for a good haircut and Muir-Chapman came highly recommended by 95% of the people who answered! Today, Terry has made me a very happy lady! I love the colour, the cut, the service I received. Can't wait to return in 6 weeks time for a repeat performance...
