Previous appointment salon had no hairspray, so blow dry didnt last . Not Craig’s fault . He’s a talented hairdresser , we always have great banter .

Had a lovely new light brown highlight with Lauren, the salon was very friendly and made me feel at home! My hair is naturally very dark black and I wanted a few natural brown tones near the face to lighten my features , Lauren did a great job and I've had so many positive compliments since ! Beautiful salon , came in with my dog and the salon was very welcoming and friendly and even gave him a little treat! Unfortunately the colour did not come out as hoped and I've had to get it colour-corrected at a different salon which was time consuming and costly, however the hair cutting services were wonderful just unfortunately not the desired look for colour . The stylist is very lovely though and I appreciated the effort .

I returned today, after a full head of highlights on Friday that I wasn’t happy with. I phoned Saturday and spoke to Jasmine who invited me back today for a further consultation. 100% agreed that the balance of colour needed lifting and added more of the highlights. I love that I can do this at a salon and it’s never a problem. Also special mentions to Donna, always a smiling professional face on reception and Craig who I believe is new to the team and makes an amazing cappuccino

Caroline has done my hair for 20+ years so I am completely comfortable with her just getting on with my cut. What I really appreciate though, is that she doesn’t assume that I want the same as always and that she really listens to what I ask for. She gives advice, explains how she is going to approach the cut and doesn’t moan when I ask her to take another 3 millimetres off the fringe!
