Had a lovely hair cut with Jo went to pay and was told that you no longer do a Wednesday discount. I should have be told about this before having my hair done. Can you imagine the uproar in the supermarket if you were at the check out your shopping was twenty per cent more expensive
I do think this smarts of sharp practice it’s not as though I can say I’ll leave it!

I was lucky enough to win a gift voucher for Francesco Hair Salon in a raffle.
This was rather fortuitous as I was looking for a new hairdressers as the salon I had been going to had moved further away.
I needed a haircut and thought it would be fantastic if I could use my gift voucher at this new salon on the day of our Christmas party. The Francesco salon in the high street was fully booked for that day but the lady very kindly gave me the phone number for their branch in Lilliput.
Super chuffed they said they had an appointment on the day I was hoping for. The salon was all of a Christmas buzz as I entered with the hairdresses wearing fun festive jumpers and sparkly clothes and customers enjoying complimentary glasses of bubbles.
The salon itself felt very luxurious with its lighting and furniture. I loved that they had real flowers, plants and candles around the salon too - this adds so much to the atmosphere.
Eugene was brilliant! Offered me a glass of festive fun and a nice peppermint tea. He styled my hair just as I had hoped for.
Needless to say I have found my new salon and I am looking forward to my next visit - Thank you to the Francesco team in Lilliput for making me feel welcome and for a lovely experience.

Absolutely amazing, my hair cut and colour was done by Tor, as the student who was suppose to do it was ill. So happy with the way it looks
The new Francesco salon in Lilliput is amazing; beautifully furnished and top stylists. The salon is soo welcoming and has a great ambiance; led by the owner Mia and who is very kind and helpful. Several drinks are on offer at no extra cost.

My first visit to the new Lilliput salon, and it was smiles all the way ..... from the moment I "checked in" to the moment I left.
