Was so lovely my little girls first time having her hair cut and she was nervous but all the ladies were so lovely and made her feel at ease . The lovely apprentice who wash her hair was all she could talk about on the way home and wants to come get her hair wash and dried more often it was so nice for her first time to be so positive and the ladies all made it really special for her . Definitely returning customers .

I came to the salon just over a week ago for a consultation with Jo, she had quite the task getting me back to a place with my hair that I was happy with. First impressions of the lovely ladies in the salon, they were just that, lovely. On the day of having my hair done, Jo and the team were extremely accommodating to my needs and made me feel so welcome and calm. I cannot stress how happy I am with my hair! The outcome is amazing and I will go back to the salon to see Jo to do my hair again, she is a hair guru!. Great experience. Thank you so so much x

I’ve been a regular customer of FG salon in Poole for a while. Lauren’s been styling my hair for a couple of years and I’m always super happy with the results.

Lovely atmosphere the moment you walk in the salon. All the girls are so pleasant and they scan the floor to see if your cup or glass is empty; and immediately offer another drink of your choice. I followed Caroline who’s been doing my hair for many years. She is an outstanding cutter and stylist and I’m sure she will be a
great asset to Francesco.

I followed Caroline from HNB; where she has done my hair for ten years. On my first visit to Francesco Poole; I was made to feel extremely welcome; especially by Mia the owner. Caroline offered me a choice of drinks and proceeded to blow dry my hair which, as always, was fantastic; hence my following her. The salon has a very pleasant atmosphere and all the other stylists l saw and spoke to appeared very happy indeed.
I’m looking forward to attending the salon weekly.

Cleo is very friendly and knowledgeable listens to what you’re wanting from your salon visit and explains what’s she’s doing at every stage and makes sure it’s what you’re wanting. Best haircut I’ve ever had . The whole Salon experience is amazing from the friendliness and cleanliness I won’t go anywhere where else now.

I'm using Francesco Poole hairdressers for a few years now and never been dissapointed. The service is amazing and the team so helpful. Cleo is so professional, an incredible human being, I'm always feeling so pampered and spoiled.

oh my..poor Cleo. I'm an OAP with thick grey hair and Cleo has the patience of a saint to try and achieve the style I want , even if I'm. not sure what that is !

I always enjoy my visits to Francisco’s. It’s like visiting friends. Cleo is lovely, professional and ultra knowledgeable in her field. I always come away feeling and looking great and then get lots of compliments about my hair.

It is difficult to choose a hairdresser who advises well, but also does a great job because they listen to their client.
I just found everything in one, so finally I stopped looking and thanks to Lauren I have my own personal hairdresser, because every time I'm there I feel so special ".?Thank you so much and see you soon.
