My hair is fantastic. It feels and looks so much healthier. The colour is beautiful and everyone who works there is friendly and passionate about what they do.

There aren’t many salons around where you can genuinely know that whoever does your hair will do a 5* job, however this is definitely one of them! Every member of staff is amazing and so welcoming.

This was my second visit to the salon and it was just as good as the first. As someone who finds getting their haircut a bit stressful, I needn't have worried,everyone made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as well as covid safe. Jo gave a great cut, and I could literally feel the weight lifted from my shoulders. Thank you!
What a treat, after having many experiences previous with other salons which weren’t great. First entering I was instantly met by a lady who showed me to my seat offered to take my coat and scarf and asked if I wished for anything to drink.
I was checked on often as I had arrived for my appointment 15 mins early and made sure I was aware that Michael was stil with another client but would be with as soon as he was done.
After explaining what I would like done I was lead to have my hair washed and the head massage that I had from a lady was amazing good pressure and tempo which if she had gone on any longer I would of been a sleep in her sink!
Michael was very gentle with my hair brushing, general handling and complimented it of its colour and condition and we had a great chat about various subjects,
He took very good care of me not just as a customer but as a person making me feel comfortable and relaxed environment and being able to have a giggle and listen to what I wanted for the style I was after.
He spent a lot of time on my from trimming to the finishing touches, well let’s say this my appointment was at 11.00 and I believe I didn’t leave until 12.30 and as it was my first cut I had 25% off which brought to £39 odd quid so for someone who spent that amount of time and energy one person per appointment is well worth the price even with out the discount.
I will be very much looking fort to being pampered again with Michael and the team.

So happy to have had my hair corrected and how exactly how I wanted it. After a bad experience at another salon, Joanne knew exactly what was needed and has corrected and restored my hair back to how I wanted it. Highly recommend! Love that the products are vegan/cruelty free.
I think all of the staff are approachable and friendly and make the whole atmosphere of the salon, even in these dark times of Covid, a happy place to be in.

Any has done a keratin treatment, several colours and cuts. Every time she has done an amazing job. I highly recommend the Strand of London for their expertise and knowledge of hair. I’m always pleased when I come out of the salon.

I had Michael do quite a big job or a colour correction from dark to a lighter brown. He did an amazing job of figuring out how to get there, bleaching my head with out causing damage or losing length! Excellent, friendly service and I look forward to returning. The salon has also been beautifully renovated.
