HNB Salon Spa and Cosmetic Clinic

This is a very glamorous high class hair/beauty salon complete with a Door Man dressed in top hat and tails! He gives you a warm welcome and you enter a luxurious world of white leather and highly trained hairdressers. The refreshments include fresh chopped exotic fruit and pastries served on delicate chinawear. It's an indulgent place!

Whenever I come I leave not only looking better but feeling better too… in this dreadful season we are in I’m so grateful for this place and each staff member who takes such good care of me, Shadi/Debbie/ Emma and Sophia especially, but it’s a whole team welcome that makes this place special xx

The treatment was fine but unfortunately the room used was so loud. I could hear all conversations from other rooms and loud music, which just ruined the experience. With a treatment like this it’s good to be able to unwind and relax rather than actually get stressed with outside noise. Subsequently I didn’t relax and the treatment was a bit of a waste of time for me. I also think consultations should be done prior to treatment therefore really finding out what can be done to help each client.
Debbie is a good reflexologist, just a shame the atmosphere and ambiance is all wrong. I understand it’s in a buzzy salon but maybe get sound proofing rooms or don’t offer the type of holistic treatments where relaxation and quietness would really benefit the clients.
I use HNB for hair and lashes so I won’t stop going for those but wanted to give some honest feedback for this particular treatment.

I always look forward to my appointments at HNB. Every part of my visit is truly a great experience. The high standard of hygiene making it a safe environment to be able to relax and be pampered. The staff are all so friendly and helpful to making it a really lovely place to be. I would recommend to everyone to go to HNB to enjoy this experience knowing they will be safe which very important at this time.

Sophia is simply amazing, her extensions and blow drys are on point every time. Caroline used a toner to banish the yellow in my hair and it worked a treat. Always walk out feeling great. All the staff are super polite and friendly ❤️

Georgia and Sophia are the dream team. HNB is the best. Steph and the team have created a real gem.

Excellent suggestions and fabulous result.

Caroline is my favourite hairdresser, she uses the pfft pfft spray on my hair to make it wet then brushes it gently without it hurting to get my tangles out then she uses the sharp scissors and gives me princess hair. The pretty ladies in the salon gave me a strawberry ? ? cake and a strawberry and banana smoothie with a straw. I asked Mummy if I can go again on Saturday but Mummy says I have to wait until after Christmas now. I love ❤️ Caroline! xxx

Brilliant hair and colour stylist. Efficient and professional. Caroline tailors the cut and style to meet the clients needs balanced against what the hair will do. Colouring is given the same consideration and brilliantly done. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Salon is immaculate

My threaded brows are getting better and better each time I visit Shadi. I have been recommended her to everyone that asks about my brows.

My facial- well what can I say, I have never enjoyed a facial as I have felt that what had been done was nothing to what I do at home for myself, and would walk out the salon feeling very greasy.
Shadi’s facial- WOW what a difference! I fell she really cared about me and my skin, not just a client. I do find it very hard to relax (but rest assured Shadi, it’s the most relaxed I have felt in a long time and I slept amazing the next few nights!)
And what topped it off is my husband actually said I looked like I was glowing (in a good way!)

Can’t rate Julie highly enough. She understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and delivered upon that! Such a lovely person to chat to as well and a great addition to the HNB team.
My only critique is the salon chairs! I find them uncomfortable to sit in due to their low and reclined backs. However Julie was kind enough to get me a cushion which did help.

Simply fantastic. Georgia and Sophia work their magic seamlessly. Amy offers the best head massage at the basin and Michael and Hazel are simply magnificent. Everyone needs an HNB in their life!

Caroline has worked hard to get my cut just right and has mastered it. She is always pleasant and welcoming.

I arrived late as my neighbour is critically ill and I was quite frazzled and upset. The whole team from Micheal at the door all the way through the salon) were so gentle and kind and of course my treatment with shadi was wonderful. I know Steph is proud of her team, and it’s not just because of how good at their job they all are, but also how kind they all are that gives her that immense pride, abs is as customers such confidence abs loyalty.
