Went to have my hair dyed, very professional helpful advice, and spent a lovely afternoon relaxing and chatting. Very happy with the colour, I would say I look younger but I still have the same face!

Kim has cut my daughter's hair twice now - this time round was a big haircut change due to her sensory needs and needing shorter hair, going from hair down to her bum up to shoulder length...my daughter is high support needs autistic and Kim is so unbelievably patient and understanding of her needs, taking things at her pace and communicating well with us the parents, too.

Honestly Kim, it means so much as it isn't an easy thing for Robyn or us but you've made it that much easier, so thank you! Xx

I had a Brazilian blow dry, using a new product. Kim was very knowledgeable in the product and happy to explain the difference to me. I was offered a hot drink with a friendly welcome. All staff were friendly and made it a pleasant experience. I have used the salon for many years and will continue to do so. New happy with the final result- smooth, shiny, sleek hair! Thankyou

Had my lash extensions infills today. Steph is always very professional and irs a pleasure to spend an hour or so with her as she is so happy and friendly. Would highly recommend
