Can’t fault Alison. Cut and colour always excellent and LISTENS to what I ask for.
Such a shame due to the lack of juniors the shampoo and most importantly the head massage is rushed. 15 second head massage. Please get more staff!!!

As always a fantastic relaxing couple of hours. It's more like going to see a friend for a catch up some laughs than having your hair done! Marcia is fab, I always come out feeling totally refreshed and my hair looking perfect! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Callum did exactly what I wanted, with such thin hair I didn’t think he’d achieve it but it looks amazing.

Chrissie is very friendly, respectful and resourceful. She explains what she thinks is good for my hair while listening to how I would like my hair to look.
Christmas has been my stylist for a few times. I totally trust her recommendations and advice. I love my new reshaped fringe and choice if colours.
I am a long term client of Marcia, and her flair and care is always excellent. I would not consider going elsewhere for hair care, colour or hair advice. Marcia is not only a skilled/creative hair stylist but she is also lovely and such good fun through the hair appt. 6/10 for the haircut. 2/10 for the experience. Stylist was very young and asked inappropriate questions of an older person. Made to feel very inadequate and came away feeling quite upset. The haircut itself was reasonable but would not return or recommend.
