It was the best hair wash I’ve had since going Joanne Hairdressing. I went in for my roots and when it was time for the hair wash it was lovely. They took time to get rid of the dye around my hair line etc. when washing they washed really well underneath because sometimes that’s not really done and does start itching as the day goes on. This time was just perfect I’ve had no itchiness during the day. Thank you, look forward to my next appointment.

Having recently moved to Dorset, I am delighted to have Vicky çut my hair at Joanne's Salon in Canford Heath. All the staff are very friendly and I look forward to my appointments.

This is a very friendly warm welcome salon,all the staff are friendly,I had my hair cut and hi lighted by Jackie,who is always very professional about her working been to her before so knew I would leave the salon with my hair looking good.

I was looked after by members of the team from the junior apprentice to salon manager and can honestly say that each team member was friendly, professional and very welcoming to all clients.

Georgina fitted me in today even though they were very busy. She did a fabulous cut and gave me some advice on how to maintain the curls.

Amazing haircut as per usual

Everyone was friendly, my hair wash was good. Gemma cut and blow dried my hair, and did a great job. She was friendly and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to come to her again. Overall a good experience. I wear hearing aids and this was taken into account by both the person who washed my hair and by Gemma.

Chose to go to this salon for the first time, I don’t have my hair cut frequently - I was not disappointed! A young lady called Hannah cut my hair and she did it perfect to what I said I wanted, and she was very efficient. Will definitely go back again!
