I have been in this salon 3 times, never get hairstyle as i like it. Keep trying different hairdresser as they have good reviews. But last time I get probably worst haircut ever. She behave very self confident, but my hair don't look nothing like what i asked for. She didn't pay too much attention to my hair, she seemed to me like she just want quickly job done. Every time i look in the mirror i think my hair just look terrible with this haircut. Not happy at all.
Hi Ivana,
We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you are with your recent haircut. This is not the experience we want any client to have, especially after giving us several chances. We understand how upsetting it can be to leave feeling that your hair does not reflect what you asked for.
We would appreciate the opportunity to listen properly and look into what happened. Please contact us directly so we can discuss your visit and see how we can help.
Kind regards,
MARCIA at Joanne Hairdressing

I’ve been seeing Marcia for a couple of years now, and she is genuinely the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I’m someone who changes my mind every appointment, yet Marcia is always honest with her advice, realistic about expectations, and completely supportive of whatever new idea I walk in with.
Whether it’s a subtle tweak or a massive change, she’s always encouraged me to try new styles and colours—and thanks to her, I’ve discovered looks I never would’ve tried on my own. My most recent colour and style are my absolute favourites, and for the first time in ages, I haven’t wanted to change a thing!
Thank you, Marcia, for every transformation, every colour, and every style.
And a big thank you to Millie and Hannah as well—always so welcoming, friendly, and chatty. I truly enjoy every visit.
Highly recommend!
Have been going for over 5 years and have always had great service. Katherine is always happy with my quirky colour choices and never leave disappointed x thank you
Anita is so good dealing with my mum who has dementia. Mum really likes her and her hair always looks nice. Thank you Anita
I thought it was a friendly place and the people are nice, my hairdresser is Sharon and I’m well happy with her she knew her job and was very helpful. I can’t remember if Sharon mentioned about the website 16theunit.com but it doesn’t matter because I don’t do on line, Sharon is a lovely lady.
First time visiting Joanne’s and I was not disappointed! Marcia did a full colour correction and restyle making me feel like a whole new person! Everyone was so lovely and friendly and the coffee was delicious! I will definitely be back!

I have been visiting Joanne's Canford Heath, for several years, my stylist Anita, is the best! The salon is top notch, nothing is too much trouble. Great customer service indeed.
Received a phone call to say my stylist was off sick but offered me the option of 2 stylists to cover colour/cut.
Delighted to accept the offer and pleased with the result. Thanks guys

Felt a bit awkward in middle of hair cut as she was approached by another stylised saying it was another restyle ??
My hair had grown out quite a bit but it wasn’t really a re style just needed layers put back in a quite a bit cut off
Was glarred at by the other stylish as I paid and left if something was wrong maybe they could of spoke to me about it
Very happy with my daughter’s hair. Was scared to take her to a salon as I thought all hairdressers were scissor happy. Georgina was great only cut off what we said and gave us good advice on keeping my daughter’s hair nice. Very happy x
Mum was worried that a hairdresser would cut of all my long hair? Georgina was brilliant made sure she made my hair look just how I wanted it and told us how to keep it looking good. Still had my long hair when I left looking and feeling good . Than you x
