As always a good experoence.

I looked forward to my long awaited hair appointment, finally finding the time to get to a salon. I had a great few hours with a lovely hairdresser, who did my hair beautifully and knew exactly what I was after. It was more than just a hair booking... For me I had some sit down relax time, adult conversation, nice surroundings with a cup of tea and and came away feeling and looking 100 times better than when I went in! Thank you!

Despite a rocky introduction to the salon today’s experience was excellent, thank you Calum I am really pleased with the cut and blow dry . I will return

My 2 daughters had their haircuts on 24th august at 12.30 (2 different stylists and can’t remember their names) both girls were treated so lovely and staff very welcoming!

Had my first hair consultation with Chrissie she’s so kind sweet, confident and know what she’s doing. I had my hair done with her today blonde highlights and wow she didn’t disappoint. The level of detail and care was extraordinary and she was an amazing listener. Her hair skills are amazing and I will definitely be using her in the future. Highly recommend her!!

I’ve been to Joanne’s three times now and I will definitely keep returning. I had my balayage refreshed after coming for the first time in December and I love it! I feel so pretty and confident. My hair looks and feels beautiful too. Callum has done my hair each time and is always so helpful and professional each time, happily answers any questions I have and helps me choose the colour and style. Highly recommend!

Anita was lovely throughout the service, very professional but made me feel very comfortable with lots of chit chat. Advising on what needed to be done and the best way forward to achieve my desired look. Great result and amazing service

Daniel had his hair cut by Anita. He useally has his hair done by Kayleigh. He was booked in with Kayleigh. But she was not in so Anita cut Daniel hair. Daniel is really pleased with his hair. And I think Anita did a lovely cut thankyou

Lovely hairdresser. Fab cut and finish with attention to detail on my wild curly thick hair!! My hair feels so light. Plus I didn't have to go home and restraighten my hair! I left with shiny lite hair. Love it

I'm SO happy with my hair. As a new client Callum took the time to talk me through everything, giving me advice about what would work best for my hair. Chrissie then did my cut and blow dry - she listened to exactly what I wanted and the cut is one of the best I've ever had. My hair feels so much nicer, and Callum did such a great job of my balayage, it's blended so well.

I am having my haircut and colour done at Joanne for a few years by now. First of all - the team is very accommodating, due to my work-life commitments I can’t book well in advance and Joanne always find suitable appointments for me. Secondly - all hairdressers are professionals and can do their job with their eyes closed. Assistants are “invisible” and very helpful, I always enjoy head massage and hair treatment. The background music is modern, but not overwhelming. Every visit to Joanne for me is like visiting old friends you can relax with.

Marcia always listens to what you want always gives consultation before and the finished result is outstanding very happy and pleased with my hair marcia is very professional outstanding service

Katherine cut my hair beautifully, giving it a lovely shape - not an easy feat!
She was personable and I enjoyed having my hair styled by her.

Love my hair, Kayleigh creates such a beautiful toner to put on my hair it's lovely! Also it feels like it takes no time at all for a full balayage, cut and toner. I always feel relaxed and happy. Thankyou!

I walked in on the off chance I could get an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when Alison said she could do it for me. I had a wash cut and blow dry and I have to say she did an awesome job. The cut and blow dry was exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be going back and requesting Alison again. Thanks for a good experience.
