Not a great experience made to feel like rubbish cos my hairs broken off in places asked if I have hormone problems which is completely rude and has no right to ask these kind of questions!! And yea I do have hormone problems

Excellent service again. Callum is always professional and is very good. Always made to feel relaxed and am always happy with the results! Also bought my teenage daughter for the first time and Callum did her hair and she absolutely loves it and said she’ll be back! All in all a great service, thank you!

Unfortunately my hair cut is very unprofessional and if I had known ****** was so inexperienced I would not have booked . Didn’t see any profiles of your staff on the website. Very expensive and asked to pay extra for a treatment as has bleach highlights. One side is clearly longer than the other even after a senior stylist was asked to help. Will not be returning.

Bespoke treatments are always recommended after a colour service at an extra cost but not compulsory.

I had a wonderful experience today at Joanne's.
Chrissie was my stylist and she really put me at ease. Friendly from the moment I stepped through the door and she really listened to what I was saying. Had quite a bit cut off and I am thrilled with the result. Beautiful blow-dry, hair feels and looks really sleek and healthy. Chrissie gave me advice about growing out my greys which is a huge step for me having been covering them for over 30 years!
I have booked in for a few week's time to have some lighter highlights to help with the transition. I have booked again with Chrissie as I have definitely found a hair stylist that I can trust. Thank you so much

Anita has been cutting my hair for a number of years. She moved to Canford Heath from the Verwood salon and although I live in Verwood it is so worth the travel time to continue to see her. There are people who are good at cutting hair and then there is Anita. She just has such a flair and cuts and styles my hair so well. You will never be disappointedj
