Absolutely amazing what Marcia has done with my hair ...literally a wizard and a lovely lovely lady ..love my hair ..love Marcia ..simply the best !!

I booked an appointment for my 7 year old today and the hairdresser gave my daughter an amazing salon experience and a lovely haircut.

It is always a treat to go to Joannes as it is a very friendly salon. Marcia is extremely professional and I am never disappointed with my cut and colour. I now live a long way from the salon but would never consider going anywhere else

I was so pleased with my hair. My roots were horrendous and the blond colour I was going for would be difficult. No other mainstream hair dressers have my hair colour right. I went on the reviews so I thought I would give the small business ago. She spent a long time on my hair making my hair colour the way I wanted and she did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend! I’m tempted to come back from London to get it done again.

I am always pleased with the way jacqui cuts my hair, I get lots of compliments on the way it's cut, I'm always asked what I would like before the scissors touch my hair.

We always receive excellent and friendly service. Hair cut and styling for my daughter was fab - thank you.

Always love going to Joanne's to get my hair done. You're always made to feel welcome by people on reception and by the stylists. Marcia knows exactly what I want, and I leave feeling like I've been pampered. Relaxing atmosphere and a lovely experience.

A welcoming greeting and friendly service always helpful and I walk out feeling great I love the hair massage once the conditioner is on and the finish looking nice and tidied up

First visit and Mark was my stylist, he was professional, attentive and did a superb job and I will definitely be a regular client.

Marcia is a fabulous stylist, she has a wealth of knowledge and really listens to the wants and wishes of her clients. I’ve never been more satisfied with a hairdresser or my hair. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time. Marcia is always accommodating in regards to appointments, and will endeavour to fit you into her busy schedule if she can.

Marcia leads a friendly team that are always ready to welcome you. Prices at the salon are extremely competitive and affordable.
The salon is alway clean & tidy. It was reassuring to see all of the team continuing to follow government guidelines. I was very happy that masks are still a requirement when visiting the salon.

As usual Mark worked his magic on my sun damaged hair. I feel revived

Am always very pleased with my service at Joanne and the way my hair is cut and coloured by Alison whom I think is a very good stylist and has done my hair for a number of years. Have been going to Joanne for 25 years.

Hairs cut much shorter than asked for, also asked for layers ended up having uneven length all over my head.Whilst blow drying got my head burned , temperature was wayyyyy to hot than it should be.Had my little boy first hair cut done as well.Poor boy ended up with uneven lengths on the sides front top not happy at all...I’m sorry but wouldn’t recommend it

Katherine is great. Listens to what you want and nothing is too much trouble. Her cutting skills are second to none. I have a Bob which isn't an easy style to cut but she gets it perfect every time.

Excellent service all round including the girls that made my tea & washed my hair. Katherine did exactly what I asked for & my hair looks great, thanks.

Came to Joannes after not being to a hairdresser for about a year and they done a fantastic job, they were friendly and I felt very comfortable will definitely be going back.

As always, Marcia knows exactly how I like my hair and does an exceptional job of colouring my hair. I love being in the salon, all staff so friendly. Safe and very clean. Can’t recommend highly enough. There is no better stylist than Marcia!

I have been having my hair cut and highlighted for many years now at Joanne's, always pleased from the moment I walk in and the meet and greet at Reception to then having my hair done. Often a different youngster who shampoo's my hair but always friendly and best of all, the head massage they add.
Of course, 10/10 for my hairdresser, Mark.

Jacqui did a wonderful job!! My hair is very thick and hard to manage and she coloured and cut it beautifully. Callum also assisted and was wonderful. They both make my haircuts an absolute pleasure and are so lovely to chat to. Thank you again ?

I love my short hair and have appointments every 5 weeks with Jaqui who seems to know exactly how I want my hair to look. Everyone in the salon is always welcoming and friendly. Today covid rules changed and clients did not have to wear masks, but were allowed to choose. All the staff were still wearing masks making me feel safer as I choose to wear a mask because I live with someone who is very vulnerable. Thank you to all the staff who continue to wear masks and keep all customers feeling safer as so many other places are relaxing the rules.

Firstly being a very hot day, it was lovely to walk into a cool salon and be welcomed by Kayleigh, who suggested ideas for my hair, so everyone was friendly and I felt I was given star treatment.

The salon is bright clean and cool (it's a hot day ) All staff are friendly and make you feel welcome, there is a relaxed atmosphere. Katherine understood what I wanted and I am very pleased with my cut and blowdry
