What a lovely guy, it was a lovely atmosphere in the salon and treated my 8 year old like an actual person asking him other then talking about him like he wasn't there.
Callum was knowledgeable and even gave me a few tips into how to style my sons hair.
My son left with a lollipop and a sticker even though he thinks he's too cool for stickers. Will definitely be returning 😀

1st Time at this Salon and I wasn't disappointed. Callum cut & styled my hair and he knew exactly what I wanted & how my hair behaves, with it's natural bounce. My god. Chrissie just has it in the bag doesn’t she. She knows exactly what she’s doing and since her being my stylist for while she always does my hair to perfection. Just before Xmas I said to her I trust her with my hair and to surprise me with a new hairstyle so I can walk in to the new year bossing it, and she really blew it out the park, I’m absolutely obsessed. She’s now my go to hairdresser and proud to be her client. She’s brilliant, I got a fiery copper red with a money piece and a stunning cut. I don't know hair!!! All I said was... I want it lighter but I can't be bothered with root maintenance... he advised a balayage... essentially lightening my hair so it looks natural while leaving the roots area natural colour... Callum is an artist... a super talented stylist and colourist... and a lovely... lovely human being... every step was explained to me... and approved by me before anything was done... I was shown every step not just handed a mirror at the end... I highly recommend Callum... I got an amazing scalp massage too... and I was given advice on how to quickly and easily maintain my new cut and colour... Callum expertly juggled two clients.. myself and a younger girl... with ease and grace... I never felt neglected at any time... every member of staff who walked past asked if I was ok... I was given two beautiful cappuccino coffees and a biscuit with both... I was offered another but I declined having already used their very clean and fully stocked bathroom when I arrived...every hair that touched the floor was quickly swept away... with a smile I may add... the salon is really spacious with a really professional and relaxing feel .. the staff are all professional and super friendly... my coat was taken and hung up out of sight... and held out for me to put on as I left... and I was given so many compliments by the staff who also told Callum how amazing it was... which was awesome to see... I cant recommend Callum and the staff at Joanne's highly enough... great value for money... the results were astonishing... I was literally lost for words... it looks stunning... exactly how I wanted it without knowing how I wanted it... what a great team
I don't know hair! I simply told Callum I wanted my hair lighter but I didn't want the hassle of the roots... he suggested a balayage and wow... the results were stunning... Callum is an artist... a super talented stylist and colourist... and a lovely... lovely human being... I can't rate him highly enough... I left Joanne's feeling like a million bucks... the salon staff were professional and friendly... as soon as a hair hit the floor it was whisked away quickly... I was given 2 beautiful cappuccino coffees and biscuits with both... and offered a 3rd which I declined for the sake of my bladder! My coat was taken... I didn't wait for more than a minute... Callum expertly juggled two clients... myself and another young lady... I never felt neglected at any time... every step was carefully explained to me... I got an amazing scalp massage ❤️... and the transformation was amazing!... I used their toilet cause of all the coffee and it was super clean and well stocked... on leaving I got so many amazing compliments from the amazing staff... Callum even took the time to show me how to quickly and easily manage my new shorter hair...I left on top of the world... great value for money... I look forward to seeing you all at Joanne's hair in a couple of months
