Great service as always today. Had a royal refresh of my hair and was very pleased. What I like about Marcia is noticing the little things. Whilst I was having a toner on at the sinks she brought me over my cuppa - which doesn’t sound like much but knowing I’d be sat there a little while she knew it would go cold. It’s these little bits along with the excellent colour advice I always go back!

I have been coming to your salon for years. Never had a problem.
However, my daughter had a dry cut today and was charged £38 for approx 20 mins work. No wash, no blow dry. Literally just an inch off.
Safe to say she will not be returning. Totally shocked.
Very professional & easy going - I felt really comfortable. It is a fabulous cut!! I am thrilled - just fell into place when I dried it. I have found my new hairdresser. Thank you x

After getting home from your salon and checking my hair, I seen how bad the cut was, not only has it been cut far to short, I have all different lengths, in fact my partner had to re trim my hair, the colour is ok but still lots of grey when looking closer, I never usually do reviews especially bad ones but on this occasion I felt I needed to, after spending £150 for the haircut/ colour I feel very disappointed, in fact I feel like crying!! I wouldn’t recommend this salon to any off my friends or family

Translation - Marcia was sensational. Super polite, great professional, cut my daughter's hair the way she asked. Gave hair care tips, specific to her type. He treated my daughter like a princess, in the end he even gave her a lollipop that she loved the care and attention. I highly recommend the salon I've been to a few times and Márcia in particular. Had an amazing experience with Callum today , not just professional but talented as well ! Made me feel relaxed as he transformed my hair into a balayage golden heaven ! Also gave me advice on what to use when it comes to treating my hair (normally have a dandruff problem and my hair is dry) can’t wait to try these products out and see the results !
