Iv been using this salon over the years for myself and my children. Iv always been met by the reception staff with a smile and polite conversation.
I have been having Mark as my stylist mainly and I have to say he is a perfectionist. I am always very pleased with my hair and recommended them highly.

Lovely colour and cut today. Anita was very friendly and knowledgeable about the colour.

Christie was brilliant and did exactly what I asked her. I will definitely be going back to her. The salon has been updated since my last visit and looks impressive. I have struggled to find the right hairdresser but I think I have now struck gold.

The salon is always very welcoming,staff are friendly and helpful. Katherine did my hair restyle yesterday and I love it! Not planning on changing for a different salon anytime soon!

Staying in the area so I thought I’d give the salon a try. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Katherine took time to discuss my cut and then got on with it! Nice and chatty but very efficient. Very pleased.

Callum is always very friendly makes the appointment feel like a pamper day, Great head massage during washing. He has transformed my hair condition. I always feel happy with the result. He gives good advice too. Is it pricy ? yes a bit but you get what you pay for.

Not a great experience made to feel like rubbish cos my hairs broken off in places asked if I have hormone problems which is completely rude and has no right to ask these kind of questions!! And yea I do have hormone problems
But I do not Need to discuss that with a hairdresser. Told blonde highlights wont work even though another hair dresser said my
Hair would take it! Supposed to be to make
Me Feel good yet came out feeling awful. Will not be back ever again

Excellent service again. Callum is always professional and is very good. Always made to feel relaxed and am always happy with the results! Also bought my teenage daughter for the first time and Callum did her hair and she absolutely loves it and said she’ll be back! All in all a great service, thank you!

A good quality cut. Friendly staff & an efficient service.

Unfortunately my hair cut is very unprofessional and if I had known ****** was so inexperienced I would not have booked . Didn’t see any profiles of your staff on the website. Very expensive and asked to pay extra for a treatment as has bleach highlights. One side is clearly longer than the other even after a senior stylist was asked to help. Will not be returning.

I have been having my hair cut by Alison for over 23 years. She is extremely professional and has given me great advice over the years on the best products for my hair type and whether a hairstyle would suit me or not, including hair colour.

I had a wonderful experience today at Joanne's.
Chrissie was my stylist and she really put me at ease. Friendly from the moment I stepped through the door and she really listened to what I was saying. Had quite a bit cut off and I am thrilled with the result. Beautiful blow-dry, hair feels and looks really sleek and healthy. Chrissie gave me advice about growing out my greys which is a huge step for me having been covering them for over 30 years!
I have booked in for a few week's time to have some lighter highlights to help with the transition. I have booked again with Chrissie as I have definitely found a hair stylist that I can trust. Thank you so much
