Dawn is an amazing stylist. My cut and blow dry was perfect, Dawn always assesses your hair and listens to what you say. Lovely environment, clean and welcoming. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Great job, thanks Dawn.

My hair was in an awful state this morning before seeing Louise. It was so dry and damaged having not been to the hairdressers since July 2020. She did an amazing job with my hair. It now feels (and looks) so much healthier.

I am so grateful to Louise and for her advice on the best shampoo and conditioner to use. I’m already excited about going back in a couple of months

Amazing staff provide such a warning welcome and nothing is too much trouble always offer a drink and a biscuit feels like a 1st class service every time always look forward to my hair cut and feeling a new person when I leave the salon.

Lovely, friendly hair stylist who took her time to understand what I wanted and made suggestions as to what would work better. Highly recommend.

For someone who hates having her hair cut, T&G Poole is an absolute god-send! The team are all so friendly, actually listen to what you want and are exceptionally skilled at cutting hair (which, after all, is what you're really there for). The minute you walk in the door, you're made to feel completely at home and offered a drink (with additional festive treat at this time of year). I only get my hair cut 3 times a year, but somehow they remember how I like it and even what's going on in my life! They are honestly one of the loveliest teams, despite a few recent changes, and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. Can't recommend them highly enough.

So well organise and efficient. Super hair cut st short notice via cancellation list system. Much appreciated. Managed the salon so we with PPE but still a nice salon experience.

I have never been to a Toni and Guy before but I wont go anywhere else ever again! The whole experience was fantastic. Staff were very professional but lovely and friendly. Extremely helpful when explaining everything and offering advice. My hair has never looked or felt so healthy and I feel like I've been well and truly looked after. I wish my hair needed cutting more often just so I could enjoy the experience more often. Honestly cannot thank the staff enough.

This is somewhere you feel like you’re being taken care of. The staff treat you like a friend, they listen to what you want and advise when something might work differently. Nicely managed and always a great cut.

I had my hair coloured by Jayne and styled by Charlie and I absolutely love it. The whole experience was fab and everyone in the salon is so friendly and chatty. Jayne is really good at checking in with everyone, customers and staff, and you just know you're in excellent hands. Charlie gave me some great styling tips too, tailored to my hair type. I was a bit apprehensive with all the ppe but they've got such a good system that you barely even notice the changes, yet you still feel safe. Just a lovely group of people in a great salon where they really care about their clients. Thanks!!

Danni did a fantastic job had my hair cut by her twice now both times I’ve been very satisfied easy to talk to and understands I need to use my own shampoo and conditioner due to having a very sensitive scalp had several compliments already definitely walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.

From the start Sophie was attentive, professional and careful to cut my hair exactly as I asked and as usual she did it very well! She is good company too. The Covid procedures are thorough and reassuring, and were meticulously carried out.

I just wanted to say thank you to Danni for doing my hair on Saturday for my daughters wedding. I was so pleased. Danni did a wonderful job, it stayed in all day and so many people said how lovely it looked! Thank you again x

My daughter Scarlett (11) had her hair cut by Danni today, due to Covid I wasn’t allowed in the salon with her and she would have to wear PPE supplied by the salon, this was all explained clearly when booking the appointment. Danni met us at the door and we discussed what Scarlett would like done, Scarlett was then confident enough to go it alone with mums credit card and hair the full salon experience lol!!
Thank you to Danni and all the staff who made Scarlett feel comfortable while on her own, she loves her new hair too!

I was still nervous about going into a salon with Covid-19 still around but I was welcomed at the front door and everything was explained with regards to PPE. Danni was brilliant from start to finish and very chatty throughout which helped put me at ease. Lovely salon, lovely staff.

Always go to Toni and Guy in Poole. Great bunch of people. Danni did my hair today for my wedding and it is absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All PPE and safety measures are perfect. My only regret is that I can't upload a photo of my hair which Danni kindly took for me, so that you could see what I mean. Thanks again everyone. As usual, another great haircut! Thank you Dawn! Always a nice experience to visit Toni & Guy in Poole. A very well run salon and at present they have all the safety measures down to a fine art.

My first visit to Toni & Guy, post lockdown and sporting my own covid cut! Sophie was absolutely lovely and very kind about my diy hair cutting skills! I had a wash, cut & blow dry followed by a tonging and left looking and feeling amazing. Sophie was very attentive and the other staff were all lovely, hair wash (sorry cannot remember her name) was perfect and didn't touch my make up!. Love my new hair & will definitely be going back.

I have just relocated to Poole, Jayne took time to talk to me about my hair and engaged with my concerns about trying someone new after having a regular who knows me back home. She offered advice and was happy to follow the same formula previously used back home. I left the salon feeling very happy and will definitely return. All the team made me feel very welcome to Poole.

The atmosphere was very nice, calm and pleasant. Was expecting it to feel a bit odd, but wasn’t surprisingly. Staff were lovely, chatty and made it nice to come back and have my hair done again. Thanks!

An amazing job as usual from Dawn. Decided to let my hair be curly for the first time. Excellent cut and then she helped me with styling for myself at home. Always friendly fun staff and Dawn will be surely missed.

We were met at the door by Sophie and instructed to wait outside for Dawn to call son in.
