As always, I'm very pleased with my colour. Love visiting the Poole salon - staff are friendly, professional and attentive. I always enjoy the experience of having my hair done there.

I've had many haircuts over my life (I'm quite adventurous!) but never such a good one as that which Roxi gave me last time. It was sharp, funky, just what I wanted - and then I had a whole fortnight when I had no access to my straighteners or even a hairdryer. Horror! But even then it still looked great and totally on point. I couldn't be happier!

Wonderful, as ever, from start to finish. Friendly staff, perfect latte (I arrived early just to make sure I had time for one!), mega-relaxing wash and perfect cut by the lovely Dawn. Roll on the next one!

Pleased to get roots done and plan with Andy next hair colour appointment pre a friends wedding.Deighted as always. Also as well as free fringe trim, Dawn took time to demonstrate some GHD curling on my hair.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived even though I was at least 10 min early. After discussing my requirements my whole experience was relaxing and worthwhile. The result was amazing. Felt really pampered.

I've been a regular at Poole and Jane and her team are always fabulous! The coffee is great too. I'm always pleased with my hair and get lots of compliments on it.

Excellent service throughout my visit. Even short staff due to sickness, the remaining staff worked really hard to meet the needs of all the customers whilst creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend and will continue to regularly visit

Always a lovely experience, excellent staff thanks to Jane and her team; especially my stylist Dawn.

Had my hair done by **** a couple of times she's meant to be an art director but she never does what you ask for always makes her own decision on what she's thinks is best. I think this is wrong she always rushes and never take time or pride really not happy and will never be returning to the salon.
