Been coming to this salon for many years. Always prompt service, very friendly happy welcoming people that work here. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great advice always given and what you ask for is what you get not like some other places I've been too.

One of the most professional experiences I've had, I have used many of the Toni and Guy salons in the south and Dawn is by far the strongest hairdresser I have had, I thoroughly enjoy every experience in the salon.

Excellent service. Always friendly staff who remember you. Consults and listen to you to ensure you get exactly what you want and expectation met if not surpassed.

Exceptionally good service. Made most welcome by all staff. Laura has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now. I have been receiving nice comments on the finished result today. I am most impressed with my first class cut and blow dry.

I also find the online booking system most helpful and very convenient.

Excellent cut and blow dry by a professional and friendly member of staff.

They were very helpful as always, though i only got 1 biscuit "slight error" lol. Being in a wheelchair, they never rush me ect. I think they make you feel very welcome indeed.

I love going to Toni & Guy in Poole to have my hair 'done'. It's always a very enjoyable experience & Laura is a very lovely girl & extremely professional. I always leave feeling happy with my cut & blow dry. All the staff are so welcoming. But the star of the visit was little Oscar the dog.....ADORABLE!!!

I love going to Poole Toni & Guy. I have been going there for a few years now and I always leave looking good, feeling relaxed and having laughed like a drain with a lovely, welcoming team who feel like old friends. When my husband first started to venture out into the community again after sustaining a severe, traumatic brain injury, this was one of the first places Inbrought him and they were all incredibly supportive, empathetic and caring. Now that we have 16 month old twins it's a haven for me!

Very busy salon, but still take care and have time for each client. Dawn actually listens to what I want

I have been having my hair done at Toni&Guy now for several years and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! Dawn does my hair and I am always pleased with the result. Lovely head massage too when you have your hair shampooed! Often turn up stressed out if I've been rushing around but always leave 'chilled'! Get lots of compliments on my cut so always recommend Toni&Guy to friends & family!

As usual my visit was restful and pleasing. My hair looks good and I know the cut is so good it will last at least 6 weeks. My hairdresser Dawn is chatty and I am probably old enough to be her grandma we still have a lot to chat about. All round still up to scratch.

Colour and cut fabulous. Couldn't be happier with end result. Consistently first class.

I've recently started having my hair coloured by Andy....he's a bit of a magician!! He really listens & i trusted his knowledge & advice. The price is really good too!
