i had a tint refresh yesterday which was absolutely fine very happy with the colour.however i appreciate that staff member available will complete the blow dry for client. i was not % happy with the way my hair although fine was dried very flat and feel this is not a flattering look on myself i felt some more attention to detail could have been made. .unfortunately i left feeling unhappy and went straight home.

I am l ways made to feel very welcome at the Poole branch. It is my once a month treat. I am a fairly new customer and its taken me a long time to find such a great salon.

Best thing I ever did was walking into TONI and guy.
They are all so lovely and helpful. Thank you Jane and Roxi for looking after me and my hair. Hayley for keeping me on the straight and narrow with appts and advice .

All round great service, walked out so pleased with colour.

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Poole every month for nearly 3 years now. They are so friendly, professional and extremely talented. I first went there in desperate need of help with my hair, Jane was instantly on hand with all the advice and help and honestly they brought my hair back to life and now they know me so well I don't even have to ask what I want - they just know. They are all so friendly, and happy to help. Every time I go it's a lovely relaxing experience I would never consider going anywhere else. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience today at T&G

The team were flexible where they could in accommodating as I was delayed in traffic. I called in advance to apologise for my delay and quite rightly highlighted the 10min late cancellation policy that I have no problem with,

Having parked up and ran to salon I made it exactly 10mins late. Upon arriving the Receptionist kindly checked the time against her PC and confirmed it was ok.

Also at reception at the time was the Manager who commented 'yes exactly 10 minutes late unfortunately' Giving me the impression she would have preferred to turn me away?.. looking at the empty salon, bar one client in chair, I would suggest my custom wasn't 'unfortunate ' at the time...

Despite this initial frustrating welcoming, I had a great experience, was made to feel welcome once in the chair and the cut was superb. My cut was not rushed in anyway despite it being my fault for being late due to traffic.

I've been having my hair done here for a few years now and it's always been a great place to go. I would highly recommend it!

Always receive a friendly welcome, colour by Andy always excellent, good coffee and tea.

Cannot fault Poole branch; nothing is too much trouble. Staff technical ability, politeness and overall feel good factor.

Dawn & Laura are our fab hairdressers at T&G Poole. They always listen to what we would like, offer their thoughts & then cut & finish our hair beautifully. All the staff are so friendly & the prices are competitive. Always a pleasure!!

Lovely experience as usual. Stylist, receptionist and girl who washed my hair all very friendly, professional and courteous. Wouldn't have my hair cut anywhere else
