Love going to Toni & Guy, brilliant service, always come away happy with the result! Dawn is fantastic (expert at perfect ‘bob’)! Love the head massage you get when you have your hair washed! Everyone really friendly and good atmosphere- why would I go anywhere else?!!

Always come away really happy with my colour and cut. Andy and Sophie know exactly what suits me and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get so many compliments about the colour and style along with the condition of my hair which is great for an over 50's lady who takes pride in her appearance.

Dawn and Hayley are always lovely when I visit, and the whole team seem to work well together. Very impressed with my cut and the service I received.

Just want to show my gratitude to Andy Baker-Marsh who sacrificed 20 mins of his lunch break just to fit me into his fully booked busy schedule today. Now that is excellent customer service going that extra mile to meet the customers needs. I have been coming to Toni and Guys Poole for some years now and Andy has been my colourist throughout that time, He is always pleasant and is a magician as I go in looking a fright and come out feeling 100 times better and totally transformed!
