Brilliant hairdressers lovely atmosphere
Georgie did a fabulous haircut, exactly what I asked for and blow dried it beautifully. I normally see Emma, but she was off work today. Georgie is always so polite and friendly and so funny.
Tho very disappointed to hear that the salon will be closing on 26th July and moving across to your Canford Heath salon, the salon will be greatly missed in Verwood!! Wish all the girls best of luck in the future.
I had a very good haircut and experience at the salon yesterday.
Sharon was brilliant with my little boy’s 1st hair cut. She made it very comfortable experience worked well whilst he was fidgeting, calm and welcoming,and even made a little pocket for his first hair cut hair to go in, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend. Thank you ☺️
And as always Georgina welcomed us into the Salon with a smile. Highly recommend both Ladies.

A really good short cut that I csn easily manage. I cannot blow dry like Sharon does but then I am not a hairdresser!!!! Very pleased
Hannah does a great job on my hair, i always love the colour and leave the salon feeling brand new!
Recently had my second wet cut at this salon. The first went really well but this one is appalling. Some areas have been cut so short you can see the scalp and others have been left longer which I suspect was to try and cover the bad bits. I will now have to live with this until it grows enough to be sorted out at a different salon.
Like a previous reviewee, I emailed the salon the next day and got no reply.
Georgia did an excellent colour on my hair today as well as doing a very good job running the Salon.
I wanted something new to uplift my dark brown dull hair colour. Initially I thought some highlights but getting very good advice from Hannah, Balayage to the lower hair sections , was my best option as I have to colour grey in my roots every 3 weeks. Hannah showed me a colour, as I wanted more of a subtle change, which I loved immediately.
The finished result looks amazing and I love it. Hannah talked through everything she was going to do, before each of the stages. Hannah is patient, friendly, professional hair stylist and she's a credit to Joanne's. I would definitely recommend her.

Excellent service and perfect cut!
Happy with my first experience at Joanne’s was welcomed when I arrived, Hannah took the time to talk through what I wanted done to my hair, she gave me a few recommendations in regards to what I wanted, and then it was a wash cut and blow dry, I’m pleased with my hair cut, it looks very similar to the photo I took in as a guide. Overall I’ll be booking with Hannah again for my next appointment.

Georgia actually listened. As a result I got the hairstyle I wanted. She was also a real joy to talk to so the whole experience was really enjoyable
Georgina always seems to know exactly what a “light trim” means and does it perfectly. She is easy to talk to and a lovely person
Awful results from a Brazilian blow dry which was very rushed (done in less than 1 hr). Was advised to leave in and wash out the next day, as soon as washed it didn't look like anything had been done. Much more expensive than other salons for this service and the worst result. I have been having had this treatment for many years and always get amazing results that last 3 month, this didnt even last a day!
Emailed the following day to advise of the poor results email has just been ignored

Love Hannah, this is my 3rd apt with her she is so kind and calm.
Hannah sussed out my unruly hair so it’s now under control.
I love that she gives her honest opinion when I have crazy ideas about my hair rather than just agreeing to do it.
Also loved the fact I watched her support a Saturday girl this morning and when I suggested the Saturday girl has a go at blow drying my hair, Hannah was supportive and helped show her some techniques. I was the 1st customer she had a go at drying a customers hair but under Hannah’s watchful eye and gentle guidance I’m really pleased how my hair looks.
I also love that the music in the salon isn’t loud or ‘harsh’ like some salons I’ve been too - it’s more relaxing and quiet.

I booked online. Hannah was available for the time that I wanted in the morning. I hadn't had my hair cut by her before. I explained what style I'd like and she gave me the exact, perfect haircut I'd asked for. Also she has a very kind and lovely attitude. Very happy customer and will definitely book again.
