I decided I wanted a change from blonde highlights to go back a rich warm brown colour. As always, Emma did an amazing job, I'm so pleased with it and the fabulous cut, my hair feels in a much better condition as well. So very lucky and appreciative to have Emma as my hairdresser.

I am a nervous customer due to a bad experience many years ago, but the last two visits I have had to Joanne’s, both Emma and Carmen have been fantastic with me. Carmen has also cut my 14 year old Granddaughters hair and she says she is great. I am slowly getting better at visiting the salon, but this would not have been possible without the care and support from the lovely staff there, so a big thank you to all of them for making this nervous customer slowly starting to build confidence again.

Arrived early for appointment, but Emma welcoming me i took my coat and sat me down. I declined offer of drink but Emma took my directions, was chatty and brisk, done a dry cut in quarter of an hour. My hair keeps its style without much product, no ungovernable bits sticking out. An ideal addition to the Christmas season. Wonderful!
