Everything about my visit was so good. Great service from booking to finish. Many of my colleagues have admired my cut and colour! I loved the surprise addition of a massage chair whilst My hair was being washed. So relaxing.

Many thanks to Emma. I had a Perm on Thursday 15th September and she did a lovely job. Very efficient and professional too. Will certainly be back.

I was very impressed with my visit to Joanne’s this morning, I was in the very capable hands of lovely Jess, who did an excellent job of cutting and reshaping my hair, I am extremely pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Joanne’s.

Speedy, efficient, friendly raising ends from neck, ears and spectacles.

Slightly disappointed as first time to hairdressers in many years and was in there for my wet cut for 14 minutes including the wash and part dry. Asked for shape round the front but hardly put in and still got split ends left round the front

Emma is, as always, a brilliant cutter and did am excellent job on my daughter's hair. We've recently started using Joanne's and the whole family are converts! Air conditioned, punctual, do t feel like I'm on a conveyor belt and does not over book.

Lovely experience this morning with Jess. Always love my catch ups with Jess. Lovely cut and blow dry. Jess gave some really great advice about how to build the shine back up in my hair and have bought some products as a result. Jess is so fab and I love coming in to see her.

I came into Jess after a bad bleach job done elsewhere- she immediately made me feel at ease and after a full head of highlights, a toner and a treatment to repair the damage caused by the bleach, my hair was the bright blonde I was after! Absolutely perfect experience and now I won’t go elsewhere!

I’ve been having my hair cut by Emma for nearly a year now since I moved to Verwood. Emma does a great job, and seems to know exactly what I want. On this visit I wanted a colour that was lighter than normal and Emma got it spot on. Very pleased with my colour and cut, thanks Emma.

As usual great haircut nice atmosphere I like watching the other stylist do their magic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming so it's quite enjoyable to have your hair done
